摘要 为了解浙江省农业生产效率现状，找出影响农业生产效率的影响因素，采用数据包络分析方法构建农业生产效率评价模型，并以2017年浙江省农业数据为例进行实证研究。结果表明：浙江省农业生产效率总体水平不高，资源利用效率较差;投入规模不当是影响农业效率的主要原因，生产技术水平是影响农业效率的次要原因。建议从调整投入要素规模和结构、加大技术创新力度等方面着手，提高农业生产效率。

Evaluation and Promotion of Agricultural Production Efficiency in Zhejiang Province

Abstract In order to understand the current situation of agricultural production efficiency in Zhejiang Province and find out the influencing factors that affect the agricultural production efficiency， the data envelopment analysis method is used to construct the evaluation model of agricultural production efficiency， and the agricultural data of  Zhejiang Province in 2017 is taken as an example for empirical research. The results showed that the overall level of agricultural production efficiency in Zhejiang Province is not high， and the efficiency of resource utilization is poor; improper input scale is the main reason that affects agricultural efficiency， and the level of production technology is the secondary reason that affects agricultural efficiency. It is suggested to improve the efficiency of agricultural production by adjusting the scale and structure of input elements and increasing the strength of technological innovation.

农业作为国家的基础产业，处在经济社会转型发展的前沿阵地，提高农业生产效率，引导农业生产方式由粗放型向集约型的快速转变，是建设农业现代化的根本要求，是实现资源环境与经济社会协调发展、城市与农村一体化发展的重要途径[1]。因此，现阶段仍需加强农业生产的发展，而农业生产的效率对于农业生产综合能力具有重要的影响。

目前，关于农业生产效率的研究成果较多，金梅[2]利用DEA评价模型对甘肃省14个地级市农业生产效率进行研究，指出优化农业人力资源配置，加快城市化进程以及加大对农村的教育投入，合理配置教育资源以提高农业生产效率水平;焦源[3]采利用三阶段DEA模型测度2011年山东17地市农业生产综合效率、纯技术效率……
