【摘  要】我国职业教育发展的主要战略方针是校企合作、产教融合，企业参与职业教育也是当前我国职业教育转型发展的重要途径，更是实现产学研结合这一目标的有效手段。当前，企业参与职业教育的整体状况不容乐观，很多政策与法规都不具备可行性，这就对其本身作用的充分发挥产生了极大的影响。因此，构建企业参与职业教育校企合作的补偿机制是非常有必要的。论文对企业参与职业教育校企合作的成本构成及补偿机制构建进行了分析和研究。

【Abstract】The main strategic policies of the development of vocational education in China is school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education. Enterprises' participation in vocational education is also an important way for the transformation and development of vocational education in China， and it is also an effective method to achieve the goal of industry-university-research combination. At present， the overall situation of enterprises' participation in vocational education is not optimistic， many policies and regulations are not feasible， which has a great impact on the full play of its role. Therefore， it is very necessary to construct a compensation mechanism for enterprises' participation in vocational education school-enterprise cooperation. This paper analyzes and studies the cost composition and compensation mechanism construction of enterprises' participation in vocational education school-enterprise cooperation.

1 引言

2018年，教育部颁布的《职业学校校企合作促进办法》中明确强调：“职业院校的校企合作必须实行学校企业双主体的合作机制，也就是要将校企作为主导，充分发挥政府的扶持作用以及行业的指导作用”。虽然得到了国家政策的支持，但大部分企业参与校企合作的积极性并不高。之所以会出现这一现象，主要原因在于企业参与职业教育校企合作所付出的成本远远高于所能获得的收益，而企业本身的目的就是盈利，因此，这种得不偿失的做法显然是违背其经营理念的。要从根源上消除上述问题，就必须在开展校企合作时兼顾校企合作的市场性和教育性特点，尽可能实现校企双赢的发展目标。

2 企业参与职业教育的重要性
