【摘  要】我国经济的不断发展以及全球化进程的不断推进为我国的企业提供了良好的环境。在新形势下企业的经营管理工作面临着更多的挑战与机遇，虽然大部分企业都能够很好地处理危机，但是企业内部依旧存在一些难度系数较高的问题，例如，如何高效地开展政工工作，使其与企业的管理工作共同发展。政工工作的重要性到目前为止有了明显的提升，大部分企业都能够不断地创新与探索更加高效新颖的手段，但是现阶段企业政工工作的开展还是不够完善，需要相关工作人员持续地改善与尝试。

【Abstract】The continuous development of China's economy and the continuous advancement of the process of globalization provide a good environment for China's enterprises. Under the new situation， the operation and management of enterprises are facing more challenges and opportunities. Although most enterprises can handle the crisis well， there are still some problems with high degree of difficulty inside enterprises. For example， how to carry out political work efficiently to develop together with the management of enterprises. The importance of political work has been significantly improved so far. Most enterprises are able to continuously innovate and explore more efficient and innovative means. However， the development of political work in enterprises at the present stage is still not perfect， which requires continuous improvement and attempts by relevant staff.

1 企业政工工作在企业管理过程中的重要性

当前的社会对企业经营管理工作给予了更多的要求，企业在开展经营管理工作时不仅仅要关注生产方面，还要考虑到企业市场开拓和资金管理相关的业务。除此之外，随着教育领域的不断升级与改革，越来越多的人可以享受到高水平的教育机会，一批又一批高素质的人才涌现在企业内部，这就使得政工工作的重要性被挖掘，许多企业通过提升政工工作的质量带动企业的经营发展。企业政工工作开展的主要目的是提高职工的思想意识，让职工了解并掌握更多先进的、有益的政治理念，从而调动职工的工作热情，提升职工的工作效率与工作效果。对于企业来说，职工的工作能力与工作态度在很大程度上决定了企业的发展，而政工工作面对的对象便是职工，企业在开展管理工作的过程中或多或少会出现一些问题，政工工作的有效进行可以帮助企业对这些问题进行整改，从而推动企业工作有序、创新发展。……
