摘要：现代服务业企业与电子商务融合发展，使得传统行业采用与互联网相结合的方式经营，大力推动了网络经济的发展。电子商务人才培养要符合企业和社会需求，时代的需求引领了电子商务专业创新创业人才的培养方向。通过对大学生、企业和高校调研，分析企业电子商务职业能力需求和人才培养的现状，提出电子商务专业创新创业人才培养方向的改革思路，探索按照行业需求培养人才的路径。要进一步促进优化学生能力结构的均衡发展、拓宽就业渠道、提高创新创业能力，才能不断地满足经济发展的需求。

Abstract：Theintegrationofmodernserviceenterprisesandecommerce，andthecombinationoftraditionalindustriesandtheInternethavegreatlypromotedthedevelopmentofnetworkeconomy.Thetrainingofecommercetalentsshouldmeettheneedsofenterprisesandsociety.Thedemandofthetimesleadsthetrainingdirectionofinnovativeandentrepreneurialtalentsofecommercespecialty.Throughtheinvestigationofcollegestudents，enterprisesanduniversities，thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofthevocationalabilitydemandandpersonneltrainingofecommerceinenterprises，putsforwardthereformideasofthetrainingdirectionofinnovativeandentrepreneurshiptalentsinecommercespecialty，andexploresthepathoftrainingtalentsaccordingtotheneedsoftheindustry.Weshouldfurtherpromotethebalanceddevelopmentofoptimizingstudentsabilitystructure，broadenemploymentchannelsandimprovetheabilityofinnovationandentrepreneurshipsoastocontinuouslymeettheneedsofeconomicdevelopment.

互联网+时代背景下，电子商务工具和技术在各个行业的广泛应用，大力促进了传统企业的转型发展。我国现代服务业的迅猛发展使得电子商务人才需求空前高涨。为了全面深入了解电子商务专业大学生就业创业情况、企业人才需求和高校人才培养情况，我们对毕业创业生、企业和高校三方开展了一系列调研。

1电子商务专业大学生就业创业情况

1.1电子商务专业毕业生就业方面

（1）毕业生收入结构

通过对西安培华学院80名电子商务专业毕业生开展电话访谈，访谈发现电子商务专业毕业生中52%收入为25004000元，只有16%的学生收入为4000元以上。调查另外发现，电子商务专业毕业生比其他商科毕业生平均收入水平高，主要是因为其从事电子商务技术和网络营销工作的企业普遍支付的工资较高。……
