摘要： 传统养护模式下，养护作业与交通通行的矛盾对养护安全、效率、质量及效益都产生了不利的影响，而集中养护这种模式可以有效缓解这些不利影响。本文依托2019年江苏广靖锡澄高速公路集中养护工程，对集中养护施工质量控制方法进行研究。研究表明：集中养护模式的特点导致在施工质量控制方面存在更多的难点。针对这些施工质量控制难点，项目准备、实施阶段都需要制定一系列相应的措施以确保工程的整体质量。

Abstract： Under the traditional maintenance mode， the contradiction between maintenance operations and traffic has adverse effects on maintenance safety， efficiency， quality and benefits， and centralized maintenance can effectively alleviate these adverse effects. This article relies on the 2019 Jiangsu Guangjing Xicheng Expressway Centralized Maintenance Project to study the quality control methods of centralized maintenance construction. Research shows that： the characteristics of the centralized maintenance mode lead to more difficulties in construction quality control. In view of these difficulties in construction quality control， a series of corresponding measures need to be formulated during project preparation and implementation to ensure the overall quality of the project.

0  引言

随着使用年限的增长，高速公路的使用性能逐步劣化，必须通过各种养护修复措施维持良好的使用性能。截止2019年底，江苏省近90%的高速公路通车时间达10年以上，江苏高速公路老龄化导致其面临大量的养护维修。传统养护模式下，为了保持交通通行，一般采取分车道、分项目施工[1-2]，这种养护模式下养护作业与交通通行的矛盾对养护安全、效率、质量及效益都产生了不利的影响。特别是在大流量交通条件下，传统养护模式导致养护作业与交通通行之间的矛盾尤为突出，因此，江苏高速公路迫切需要探索新型的养护模式缓解这对矛盾产生的不利影响。

鉴于传统养护模式的弊端，江苏交通控股有限公司在全国范围内率先提出集中养护模式，并先后在几条高速公路和特大桥梁的养护维修工程中进行了实践，江苏现代路桥有限责任公司负责了江苏广锡高速公路、江苏沪宁高速公路、江阴大桥集中养护工程的施工。……
