摘要：城市环线快速路在城市路网中发挥重要作用，主辅道出入口的合理布局是平衡快速路通过性与到达性交通的重要抓手，同时又是影响城市环路与城市路网衔接关系的重要因素。本文首先分析城市环线快速路特征，然后提出环线快速路主辅道出入口布局的思路与方法，最后以成都市三环路扩能改造工程为案例，对三环路主辅道出入口改造方案提出优化建议。

Abstract： The urban ring expressway plays an important role in the urban road network. The reasonable layout of the entrances and exits of the main and auxiliary roads is an important starting point to balance the traffic of the expressway passability and the reachability， and it also the important factor that affects the connection between the urban ring road and the urban road network. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of the urban ring road expressway， then proposes the ideas and methods for the layout of the main and auxiliary roads of the ring expressway， and finally takes the 3rd ring road expansion project in Chengdu as a case to propose an optimization plan for the entrance and exit of the 3rd ring road.

0  引言

随着城市规模的扩大，城市组团间空间距离明显增大，为加强城市组团间交通联系，缩短组团交互时间，各大城市相继修建了大量城市快速路。快速路作为城市路网系统中的骨干道路，主要为长距离、跨区交通出行提供连续快速交通服务[1，2]，同时兼顾对沿线地块的服务性，因此城市快速路通常采用主辅道的断面形式，主道设计速度快，通行能力高，一般为连续交通，辅道速度相对较慢，主要承担沿线地块以及相交道路的交通集散功能。

城市快速路通过主辅道出入口实现主道与辅道间的交通转换，由于主辅道存在速度差，同时出入口分合流造成交通紊流，对主辅道通行能力都会产生较大影响。但是，在实际工程设计过程中，城市快速路主辅道的设置受制诸多制约因素，特别是对于城市主城区环线快速路，主辅道出入口规划设计还需要考虑与城市路网的关系。……
