【摘要】 目的：探討给予冠心病患者曲美他嗪结合阿托伐他汀治疗对其心功能及基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、丙二醛（MDA）、外周血循环内皮微颗粒（cEMPs）水平的影响。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年3月本院接收的74例冠心病患者，通过单盲法将其分为对照组及试验组，各37例。对照组在常规治疗基础上，给予阿托伐他汀治疗，试验组在对照组基础上，联合使用曲美他嗪治疗。对比两组心功能、血清相关指标水平。结果：治疗后，试验组左室射血分数（LVEF）高于对照组，左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后，试验组血清MMP-9、MDA水平低于对照组，cEMPs水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：给予冠心病患者曲美他嗪结合阿托伐他汀治疗，可改善心功能，提高cEMPs水平，降低血清MMP-9、MDA水平。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Trimetazidine combined with Atorvastatin on cardiac function， metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9）， malondialdehyde （MDA） and circulating endothelial microparticles （cEMPs） levels in patients with coronary heart disease. Method： A total of 74 patients with coronary heart disease who admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group according to single blind method， with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given Atorvastatin based on routine treatment， and experimental group was treated with Trimetazidine based on control group. The cardiac function and the levels of serum indexes were compared between two groups. Result： After treatment， the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVEDD） in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of MMP-9 and MDA in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group， and the level of cEMPs in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Trimetazidine combined with Atorvastatin in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease can improve cardiac function， increase the level of cEMPs， and decrease the levels of serum MMP-9 and MDA.

冠心病是冠状动脉发生粥样硬化性病变所引起的心肌缺血或者缺氧等导致的心脏疾病，在我国发病率呈不断上涨趋势，且趋于年轻化，对患者生命健康造成极大威胁[1]。目前临床治疗该病多采用降脂、降压、改善循环等药物对症干预，可暂时缓解症状，但其不良反应较多，预后效果并不理想[2-3]。目前临床使用他汀类药物治疗冠心病较为广泛，其可恢复血管弹性、改善内皮功能，不少研究表示，将其与曲美他嗪联合治疗，效果更加确切，但目前尚无统一定论[4]。基于此，本研究旨在分析给予冠心病患者曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗的效果。具示如下。

1 资料与方法
