【摘要】 目的：探讨快速康复护理模式在单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法：将笔者所在医院2017年9月-2019年3月的80例单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者，随机分为参照组及试验组，每组40例。参照组患者予以常规流程护理，试验组患者以围手术期快速康复护理模式护理。比较护理效果。结果：试验组护理满意率高于参照组（P<0.05）;试验组护理后VAS评分、SAS评分低于参照组，SF-36评分高于参照组（P<0.05）;试验组肺叶切除术时间、离床活动时间、平均住院时间、总住院费用优于参照组（P<0.05）;试验组切口不良愈合、心律失常、肺感染、急性呼吸窘迫综合征的总发生率低于参照组（P<0.05）。结论：单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者实施围手术期快速康复护理模式护理可加速恢复进程，减轻疼痛和减轻焦虑，促使患者生存质量改善，减少并发症和医疗费用。

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Model in Perioperative Nursing of Patients Undergoing Single-hole Thoracoscopic Lobectomy/YAN Maoxia. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18（13）： -95

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing single-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy. Method： A total of 80 patients with single-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy from September 2017 to March 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group， 40 cases in each group. The reference group used routine perioperative nursing and the experimental group used perioperative rapid recovery nursing mode. Compared the nursing effect. Result： The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group （P<0.05）. The VAS score and SAS score of the experimental group were lower than that of the reference group， and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the reference group （P<0.05）. The time of lobectomy， time of out of bed activity， average hospitalization time and total hospitalization cost of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group （P<0.05）. The total incidence rate such as incision healing， arrhythmia， pulmonary infection and acute respiration distress syndrome of the experimental group was lower than those of the reference group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Perioperative thoracoscopic lobectomy for patients undergoing perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing mode can accelerate the recovery process， reduce pain and anxiety， promote patients quality of life， reduce complications and medical costs.

肺癌是常見恶性肿瘤疾病的一种，肺癌发生后需要及早进行手术治疗。相对于传统开放手术而言，单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术的实施可借助现代影像设备进行微创操作，最大限度减少对患者的不良应激。但单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术的实施过程有效的护理十分重要[1]。本研究将笔者所在医院2017年9月-2019年3月的80例单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者，探讨快速康复护理模式在单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术围手术期护理中的实施效果，具体如下。

综上所述，单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者实施围手术期快速康复护理模式护理可加速恢复进程，减轻疼痛和减轻焦虑，促使患者生存质量改善，减少并发症和医疗费用。
