【摘要】 目的：探討MMP-11蛋白在不同病理类型乳腺癌中的表达差异及MMP-11蛋白对患者预后的影响。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2012年1月-2013年1月乳腺外科接受治疗的乳腺癌患者150例，对患者癌组织和癌旁组织进行病理切片，免疫组化检测MMP-11蛋白的表达情况，收集患者的临床资料和5年随访情况，分析MMP-11与临床资料的相关性，MMP-11在不同类型乳腺癌中的表达，考察MMP-11对乳腺癌患者预后的影响。结果：MMP-11蛋白主要表达于细胞质;乳腺癌组织MMP-11蛋白阳性率高于乳腺癌旁组织，差异有统计学意义（字2=4.99，P<0.05）;临床分期Ⅲ期患者MMP-11阳性率高于临床分期Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者，差异有统计学意义（字2=6.702，P<0.01），Person相关性分析显示，临床分期与MMP-11阳性率呈正相关（r=0.919，P<0.05）;不同乳腺癌病理分型MMP-11阳性率比较差异有统计学意义（字2=59.04，P<0.01）;MMP-11阳性患者5年无病生存率显著高于MMP-11阴性患者，差异有统计学意义（字2=4.64，P<0.05）。结论：MMP-11蛋白可作为乳腺癌浸润性导管癌的潜在检测指标，MMP-11对于预测乳腺癌患者的预后具有一定意义。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the difference of MMP-11 protein in different pathological types of breast cancer and the effect of MMP-11 protein on the prognosis of patients. Method： A retrospective analysis was made on 150 breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013. Paraffin sections were made on the cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. The expression of MMP-11 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. The clinical data and 5-year follow-up were collected and analyzed. The correlation between MMP-11 and clinical data， the expression of MMP-11 in different types of breast cancer were analyzed， the effect of MMP-11 on the prognosis of breast cancer patients was investigated. Result： MMP-11 protein was mainly expressed in cytoplasm. The positive rate of MMP-11 protein in breast cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues， the difference was statistically significant （字2=4.99， P<0.05）. The positive rate of MMP-11 in stage Ⅲ patients was higher than that in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients， the difference was statistically significant

（字2=6.702， P<0.01）. The Person correlation analysis showed that the clinical stage was positively correlated with the positive rate of MMP-11 （r=0.919， P<0.05）. There was significant difference in positive rate of MMP-11 among different pathological types of breast cancer （字2=59.04， P=0.01）. The 5-year disease-free survival rate of MMP-11 positive patients was higher than that of MMP-11 negative patients， the difference was statistically significant （字2=4.64， P<0.05）. Conclusion： MMP-11 protein can be viewed as a potential indicator for invasive ductal cancer. MMP-11 protein has a certain significance in predicting the prognosis of breast cancer patients.

乳腺癌是女性最為常见的癌症之一，而且目前正逐年增加。2018年全球新增乳腺癌患者约210万例[1]，而我国可达到约37万左右，其中死亡10万。乳腺癌晚期发生转移是导致患者死亡的主要原因，对乳腺癌的早期诊断可显著改善患者的治疗效果[2]。随着分子生物学技术的发展，乳腺癌的诊断评价不只参考肿瘤大小、病理分级和淋巴结转移等，通过结合生物标志物的检测，可更准确反映患者的临床状况，有助于对患者的个体化治疗[3]，目前有CA125、CA153、CA199、CEA等标志物均可用于乳腺癌的诊断和评价[4]。MMP-11是一种基质金属蛋白酶，与癌症的发生、发展高度关联，如在胃癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌均可见高表达[5]。本研究考察MMP-11在不同类型乳腺癌肿瘤中的表达情况，分析MMP-11表达对乳腺癌患者预后的影响，探讨MMP-11在乳腺癌检测、诊断中的临床价值，具体如下。……
