【摘 要】目的：随着互联网技术的不断进步，“互联网+”新模式给不同领域的发展插上了腾飞的翅膀。面对逐年上升的幼儿龋病患病人数，基于对大港广大幼儿、家长和老师的调查分析，借助“互联网+”创造新型幼儿龋病防治志愿模式，探讨在“互联网+”新模式下，有效结合患者的需求和高校志愿服务与专业医疗团队之间的联系，更好地为幼儿提供龋病防治服务，增强幼儿龋病防治的关注度和防范意识。

【Abstract】Objective： With the development of Internet technology ，the new pattern of‘Internet accelerated speedwill give a soaring wings in development of various region.The prevalence of dental caries in children in China is increasingly year by year ， based on the analysis of young children and their teachers and parents in Dagang ， With the help of ‘Internet accelerated speedcreates a new voluntary model for preventing and treating caries in young children ， effevtively combine with the relationship betweeen the patients ‘Needs and University Volunteer Serviceand the professional medical team ， in order to offer a better services for children with dental caries and strenghten the attention and prevntion consciousness of caries pervention in children.

1 研究背景与意义

1.1项目背景

在天津市创新创业大赛和学院专项资金的支持下，借助“互联网+”，研究幼儿龋病防治的新型志愿模式。该模式建立在传统志愿服务的基础上，以互联网为传播媒介，在信息传送、志愿服务等方面进行深度探讨和实践，促进志愿服务在新型模式下高效、平稳运行，形成一个相对完善的志愿服务流程。

1.2幼儿龋齿患病率及家长的关注度调查

随机抽取大港幼儿园10所，其中公办幼儿园2所，民办幼儿园8所，向幼儿家长一共发放350份问卷调查，回收334份，其中有效问卷为323份;对幼儿随机进行常规龋齿检查305人，检查由2人配合进行，检查结果真实可靠。调查结果为，幼儿龋病患病率为65.2%，与全国流行病学检查结果大致相同;家长普遍缺乏幼儿口腔保健常识，但在就“是否愿意接受和配合幼儿防龋志愿服务”的选项中均选择愿意。本次调查得出的结论是：幼儿龋病患病率高且缺少自我防护意识;家长缺少获取幼儿口腔保健知识的途径，所以实践和探索新型志愿模式具有重要的现实意义。……
