摘要 林洪生教授从事中西医结合防治肿瘤研究近50载，在全面继承扶正培本学术思想的基础上，结合自己多年临床与科研经验，进一步凝练提出了“固本清源”防治肿瘤创新理论，在该理论统领下，建立了中西医结合肿瘤分阶段规范化治疗体系，较大程度上提高了中医药防治恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。小细胞肺癌是恶性程度高、易发生复发转移的肿瘤，现代医学远期疗效较差，林洪生教授临床上以“固本清源”理论为指导，借助“中西医结合肿瘤分阶段规范化治疗体系”思想，可较大程度延长患者生存时间，提高患者生命质量。现简要介绍林洪生教授治疗小细胞肺癌的临证思路和遣方用药特点，为林洪生教授“固本清源”学术思想的传承与推广提供一定参考。

Professor LIN Hongsheng′s Experience in Differentiation and Treatment of Small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract Professor LIN Hong-sheng is engaged in the prevention and treatment of cancer research for nearly 50 years.She came up an innovation theory that “Gu Ben Qing Yuan” to prevent and deal with tumor，according to academic thought and her experience of clinical and scientific research.The concept has helped to establish the standardization treatment system combining Chinese and western medicine tumor in stages，largely improved the clinical curative effect of TCM prevention and treatment of malignant tumor.Small cell lung cancer is a tumor in high malignant degree，easy to metastasize and recur.With the help of “combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment system of standardization of tumor in stages”，largely prolong patients′ survival time，improve their life quality.Now it′s going to introduce professor LIN Hongsheng′s clinical experience of the treatment of small cell lung cancer.

肺癌是我国发病率致死率均居首位的恶性肿瘤。根据病理分型，肺癌分为小细胞肺癌和非小细胞肺癌。小细胞占肺癌的15%～25%，虽然小细胞肺癌发病率低于非小细胞肺癌，但其恶性程度却远远高于非小细胞肺癌，被确诊时70%～90%患者已属晚期，现代医学治疗手段以及疗效水平非常有限，中位生存期仅有10个月[1]，5年生存率不到2%[2]，并没有明显提高SCLC患者的生存期[3-4]。单方、中成药、中药注射剂、辨证治疗在小细胞肺癌的治疗中有提高化疗疗效，减轻……
