摘要 目的：探究參芪扶正注射液对宫颈癌化疗患者免疫功能及病灶血流灌注的影响。方法：选取2017年10月至2019年5月邢台市第三医院收治的宫颈癌化疗患者88例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组44例。2组均进行常规化疗，观察组予以参芪扶正注射液，均治疗4个周期。比较2组临床疗效及病灶血流灌注、免疫功能及不良反应情况。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组（63.64%、34.09%，P<0.05）。治疗后，2组病灶部位超声参数上升时间（RT）、达峰时间（TTP）、峰值强度（IMAX）、平均渡越时间（mTT）均缩短，观察组短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组CD3+、CD4+、IgG、IgA、IgM均升高，高于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组CD8+降低，低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组白细胞降低率、血小板降低率、恶心呕吐发生率分别为25.00%、6.82%、22.73%，均低于对照组（52.27%、25.00%、47.73%），2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：参芪扶正注射液可提高患者免疫功能，加强化疗效果，缩小病灶体积，减少肿瘤病灶血供，降低化疗不良反应，临床疗效显著。

Effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on Immune Function and Focal Blood Perfusion of Cervical Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

Abstract Objective：To investigate the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on immune function and focal blood perfusion of cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods：A total of 88 patients with cervical cancer who received chemotherapy in the oncology department of Xingtai Third People′s Hospital between October 2017 and may 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group（44 cases）and a control group（44 cases）.Both groups were treated with conventional chemotherapy，and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 cycles.The clinical efficacy，focal blood perfusion，immune function，and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results：The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（63.64% vs 34.09%，P<0.05）.After treatment，the rise time（RT），peak arrival time（TTP），peak intensity（IMAX）and mean transit time（mTT）of ultrasound parameters in the focus of the 2 groups were shorten than before treatment，while those in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The levels of CD3+，CD4+ gG，IgA and IgM in the observation group were increased than before those in the control group and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The level of CD8+in the observation group was decreased than that before treatment，and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The incidence rates of leukopenia，thrombocytopenia，nausea and vomiting in the observation group were 25.00%，6.82%，22.73% respectively，which were lower than those in the control group（52.27%，25.00%，47.73%，P<0.05）.Conclusion：Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can improve the immune function of patients，strengthen the effects of chemotherapy，reduce the volume of tumor lesions，reduce the blood supply of tumor lesions，and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy，with significant therapeutic effects.

宫颈癌主要是由于人类乳头瘤病毒感染导致的妇科恶性肿瘤，早期宫颈癌无明显症状和体征，且目前发病呈年轻化趋势，确诊时多为中晚期，加大了治疗难度[1-2]。临床主要以放化疗为宫颈癌治疗手段，但长期治疗对患者自身机体消耗大，可导致血项异常、肝肾功能损伤等不良反应[3]。中医学认为宫颈癌患者久病气虚，气虚则血行不畅，更易受外邪侵扰，因此采用中医药治疗对宫颈癌患者整体进行调节更具积极作用。参芪扶正注射液具有益气扶正、补气活血的功效，可改善宫颈癌患者气血亏虚之症，但目前研究多以肿瘤病灶体积评价参芪扶正注射液对宫颈癌的治疗效果，指标单一[4-5]。汪凤勃等[6]研究表示，阴道超声对宫颈癌浸润及转移情况诊断价值高，故本研究增加对患者病灶超声参数的观察，综合分析参芪扶正注射液对宫颈癌化疗患者的治疗效果，报道如下。……
