摘  要：創客活动的开展能为高职院校人才培养工作作出相应的指引，帮助高职院校人才培养工作中突破创新性不足方面的困境，促进工匠精神在人才培养工作中的贯彻落实，进而确保所培养的人才能与社会建设和发展的整体需求相适应。文章从高职院校护理专业教学入手，针对“创客工匠型”师资培养进行了探究，力求能发挥师资保障作用，支撑高职院校护理专业创客活动的开展，构建完善的创客空间，将学生培养成为具有创新素养的工匠型高素质人才。

Abstract： The development of customer-creating activities can provide corresponding guidance for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges， help them break through the dilemma of lack of innovation， promote the implementation of craftsmanship spirit in talent cultivation， and then ensure that the talent trained can meet the overall needs of social construction and development. Starting from the teaching of nursing specialty in Higher Vocational colleges， this paper probes into the training of "creative craftsman" teachers， striving to play the role of teacher guarantee， support the development of creative activities of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges， construct perfect creative space， and train students to be creative craftsman-type high-quality talents.

创客教育是新时代背景下提出的全新教育理念，创客教育的主要目标是为学生创造快乐学习的空间，使学生能创造性地应用所学知识针对现实问题进行处理，进而提高学生群体解决实际问题的能力。在高职院校的人才培养工作中，积极探索创客空间的构建，能对学生实施有效的引导，挖掘学生潜能，对学生的创新思维、创造意识和创新能力加以培养，在工匠精神的引领下逐步将学生打造成为创客工匠型人才。因此高职院校护理专业人才培养工作中，要针对“创客工匠型”人才的培养积极探索师资队伍的建设方案，优化师资培养对策，确保能发挥“创客工匠型”师资队伍的重要作用，为高职院校护理专业人才培养工作的创新推进提供良好的支持。
