摘  要：我国高等教育与国际接轨，多学科已开展专业认证。英语专业及时借鉴认证先进理念、先知先觉、顺势而为，有助于抢占发展先机，解决本专业发展的重重问题。文章提出专业认证三大理念对英语专业教育教学的重要启示意义：1. 产出导向理念启示下对人才培养目标及培养方案的科学制定、反向设计;2. 学生中心理念启示下依托教师角色转变、课堂教学方向转变、课堂教学模式改革从而实现教师向学生中心的转变;3. 持续改进理念导向下从被动到主动、单一到复杂、特殊化到新常态的评价机制的改进。

Abstract： China's higher education is in line with the international standards， and many disciplines have been listed in specialized accreditation. It is wise to seize the opportunity timely and take advantage of the advanced concepts to help preempt the development and exit the crises of English major. This paper proposes three reform principles for English major based on the three core concepts： 1. The scientific and reverse design of the training objective and training program in talent cultivation based on OBE. 2. The transformation from teacher center to student center relying on the transformation of teacher's role， the change of classroom teaching direction and the reform of classroom teaching mode based on SC. 3. The improvement of the evaluation mechanism from passive to active， single to complex and special to the new normal based on CQI.

本文通過梳理阐释专业认证三大核心理念，结合英语专业的问题和危机，围绕三大理念提出英语专业在培养目标及课程设置、课堂教学模式、评价改进机制等方面改革与建设的建议，以期有助于启示英语专业教改，促进英语专业健康、持续发展。

一、专业认证三大教育理念

教育部评估中心主任吴岩将专业认证新理念统称三大理念，分别是产出导向理念（Outcome Based Education）、学生中心理念（Students Centered）、持续改进理念（Continuous Quality Improvement）。

（一）产出导向理念内涵

产出导向教育（简称OBE）于1981年由美国学者Spady W.D.等人提出，已成为美国、英国、加拿大等国家教育改革的主流理念。OBE是指，教学设计和教学实施的目标是学生通过教育过程最后所取得的学习成果。OBE强调如下5个问题：我们想让学生取得的学习成果是什么？……
