摘  要：随着经济全球化与我国教育市场的开放，研究生教育国际化得到进一步发展，与此同时也伴随着新的问題。如何培养具有国际视野、创新能力强的研究生已经成为研究生培养单位急需解决的问题。因此，以哈尔滨师范大学地理学科为例，探讨地图学与地理信息系统特色学科研究生教育国际合作与交流模式，以期提高地理学特色学科研究生教育质量，为我国经济建设输送更多的高层次国际化人才。

Abstract： With the economic globalization and the opening of China's education market， the internationalization of postgraduate education has been further developed with new problems. How to cultivate postgraduates with international vision and strong innovation ability has become an urgent problem for graduate training institutions. Therefore， taking the geography discipline of Harbin Normal University as an example， this paper discusses the mode of international cooperation and exchange of the postgraduate education in cartography and geographic information system characteristic subject， in order to improve the quality of postgraduate education of geography characteristic subject and to provide more high-level international talents for China's economic construction.

地图学与地理信息系统是归属于地理学（一级学科）的二级学科，集测绘、遥感技术、计算机技术以及空间信息技术等为一体的学科[1]。随着信息技术的发展成为土地利用管理、交通建设、城市区域规划等部门的技术支撑，在国民经济发展中发挥着重要作用。地图学与地理信息系统是一门综合性、实践型、交叉型和技术性很强的学科[2]。在学科的发展过程中，要想建成一流的师资队伍，完成一流的科研成果，培养一流的人才，国际化是一个关键性因素[3-4]。随着教育水平的提高，高等教育国际化已成为高等教育发展的必然趋势，研究生教育承担着培养具有国际竞争力的创新型人才的重任，在教育国际化进程中发挥着不可或缺的作用[5]。近些年来，我国教育政策不断改革和完善，我国在研究生教育国际化方面取得了一定成果，但经济全球化的进一步推进以及教育市场的需求和开放，在研究生教育国际化方面仍有待解决的新问题。……
