摘要：档案是国有企业的重要资产，对企业的管理决策、科技创新和可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。随着信息技术的深入发展和广泛应用，如何将科技成果应用到企业档案管理中，是企业面临的重要课题。从广州移动档案管理实际出发，思考如何利用信息技术进行企业档案管理数字化，为企业发展提供坚实保障。

Abstract： Archives is an important asset of state-owned enterprises， which is of great significance to the management decision， scientific and technological innovation and sustainabledevelopment of enterprises.With the in-depth development and extensive application of information technology， how to apply the scientific and technological achievements to the management of enterprise archives is an important issue faced by enterprises.Based on the actual situation of file management in guangzhou mobile， this paper discusses how to use information technology to digitize the management of corporate files and provide a solid guarantee for the development of enterprises.

在公有制為主体的经济制度下，国有企业控制着我国国民经济的命脉，在我国社会主义现代化建设中占有重要地位。档案是企业生产、经营、管理活动的真实记录，是企业有形资产的凭证和无形资产的组成要素。档案是全体员工的智慧结晶，是国有企业的知识资源和宝贵财富。借助先进的信息技术，充分挖掘档案的价值，能为企业领导提供决策支持，从而推动企业的科技创新和可持续发展。

支撑我国国民经济命脉的国有企业，通常成立年限早，企业年龄长，积累的档案资料非常多。以广州移动公司为例，截至2018年12月底，广州移动馆藏档案材料已达46万件（卷），其中合同档案约占50%，在日常工作中经常被利用到报账、诉讼、用电报装等。此外，邮电系统分营之前，形成了一批早期文书档案，随着年代久远，这些纸质材料逐渐风化受损。处理这些传统档案耗时费力，工作效率低下。据统计，近三年，广州移动日均档案利用量是51件（卷），按传统纸质档案借阅耗时分析，每件档案从库房调出，到收回入库，平均耗时0.3小时，日均处理时长为15.3小时，相当于2人日的工作量。……
