摘  要：高校教师教学胜任力是高校教师胜任力的重要组成部分，是高校教学质量的重要保障，同时是高校可持续发展的重要因素。本课题从研究成果数量、研究年代、研究成果类型、研究方法、研究内容及研究对象6方面对我国高校教学胜任力及教学胜任力研究现状进行梳理及比较分析，揭示当下高校教师教学胜任力研究规律，对未来进一步深入研究提供参考。

Abstract： Teaching competency of university teachers is an important part of the teacher competency of university teachers， it is an important guarantee of teaching quality and an important factor of sustainable development of universities. In this paper， the author sorts out and compares the research status of teaching competency and teaching competency in Chinese colleges and universities from six aspects： quantity of study， age of study， type of study， method of study， content of study and object of study. Its purpose is to reveal the current law of teaching competency research of university teachers and provide references for further research.

一、问题的提出

勝任力是指在特定的组织环境、文化氛围和工作活动中，绩优者所具备的有利于有效工作的个体特征和可预测的、指向工作绩效的行为特征，可用于区分绩效优秀者与一般者。[1]关于胜任力的研究最开始见于企业组织管理领域，随着胜任力理论的逐步深入完善，胜任力理论在高等教育领域中也运用广泛。高校作为科技第一生产力和人才第一资源的重要结合点，在培养人才、发展科技、服务社会、传承创新文化等方面发挥着重要作用。教师作为高校生存和发展的基础，教师的深度教学投入是从根本上提高中国高等教育质量的重要手段。高校教师教学胜任力是指高校教师有效的完成教学目标所应具备的特质群，它作为高校教师胜任力的重要组成部分，高校教师胜任力研究的重要发展方向和领域之一同时是高校可持续发展的重要因素，也是高校教学质量的重要保障[2]。……
