【摘要】目的：探讨用医用敷贴对接受骨牵引的骨折患者进行针孔护理的临床效果。方法：将2015年1月至2016年12月期间在南通大学附属医院进行骨牵引的60例骨折患者分为酒精组（n=30）和医用敷贴组（n=30）。对酒精组患者用酒精进行针孔护理。对医用敷贴组患者用医用敷贴进行针孔护理。治护结束后，观察对比两组患者针孔周边皮肤并发症的发生率、针孔处细菌培养的阳性率及对护理的满意度。结果：医用敷贴组患者针孔周边皮肤并发症的发生率、针孔处细菌培养的阳性率均明显低于酒精组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。医用敷贴组患者对护理的满意度明显高于酒精组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：用医用敷贴对接受骨牵引的骨折患者进行针孔护理可显著降低其针孔周边皮肤并发症的发生率，并降低其发生针孔感染的几率，提升其对护理的满意度。

[Abstract] Objective： to investigate the clinical effect of medical application on the treatment of fractures with bone traction. Methods： the 60 patients with fracture of bone traction in the affiliated hospital of nantong university from January 2015 to December 2016 were divided into alcohol group （n = 30） and medical application group （n = 30）. Alcohol was used for pinhole nursing. Medical application of medical application is used for pinhole nursing. After the treatment， the incidence of peripheral skin complications， the positive rate of bacterial culture in the pinhole and the satisfaction of nursing were observed. Results： medical pinhole surrounding skin sticking group patients the incidence of complications， pinhole germiculture positive rate were significantly lower than the alcohol group of patients， statistically significant difference （P < 0.05）. The satisfaction of the patients in the medical application group was significantly higher than that in the alcohol group， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the use of medical sticking on the fracture treated with bone traction pinhole nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of the pinhole surrounding skin complications， and reduce the chance of infection of pinhole， improve their satisfaction on nursing.

骨牵引是临床上常用的治疗骨折的保守疗法。近年来，临床上在对骨折患者进行手术治疗前，也常对其进行骨牵引治疗，以便使其骨折部位的情况符合进行手术的条件。然而，由于骨牵引的针孔暴露在外，在护理的过程中稍有不慎，就会使患者发生针孔处感染、针孔周边皮肤红肿、疼痛等并发症。有统计数据显示，进行骨牵引的骨折患者针孔处感染的发生率高达30%[1]。因此，對接受骨牵引的骨折患者进行高质量的针孔护理尤为重要。……
