摘  要：在新时期发展的背景下，将“立德树人”作为当代教育工作的基本教育理念，将各类课程与思想政治教育工作结合到一起，实现思政课程与专业课程齐头并进的教学发展效果，使学校教育工作能够积极主动地承担起发扬民族精神、弘扬传统文化的重要使命。武术作为中国传统文化的一项重要内容，凝聚着中华民族精髓，彰显着中华儿女的伟大精神，是当代高效教育工作中的一项重要教学资源，不仅能够增强当代大学生的身体素质，还能够让当代大学生感受到我国传统文化的厚重感。

Abstract： Under the background of the development of the new era， the school takes "morality and cultivating people" as the basic educational concept of contemporary education， combines all kinds of courses with ideological and political education， and realizes the teaching development effect of ideological and political courses and professional courses， so that the school education can take the initiative to carry forward the national spirit and carry forward the important mission of traditional culture. As an important part of traditional Chinese culture， wushu embodies the essence of the Chinese nation and highlights the great spirit of the Chinese people. It is an important teaching resource in the efficient education of contemporary society. It can not only enhance the physical quality of contemporary college students， but also make them feel the heaviness of traditional Chinese culture.

2018年，习近平总书记在我国全国教育大会上着重强调，我国要坚持中国特色社会主义的发展道路不动摇，积极做好德智体美劳全面发展人才的培养工作，将“立德树人”作为我国教育工作发展的第一要务，高校教育工作者需要全面提高对育人功能的重视。武术是我国传统文化的一大代表，凝聚着中华民族的伟大精神，具有良好的强身健体功能。通过将武术引入高校教学活动中，并将其与课程思政结合到一起，实现对我国高校武术教育工作的升华。

1  高校武术教学开展现状

高校教育工作在学生成长与发展中占据重要地位，是学生迈向社会的最后一道屏障。因此，高校是我国开展高技术、高水平、高能力人才培养工作的重要阵地，所开展的各项人才培养工作与我国社会未来发展息息相关。……
