摘  要：“课程思政”建设是当前高校思想政治工作的一个重点内容。在高校“课程思政”建设中，必须遵循规律性，把握原则性，掌握要点性，才能取得满意的效果。文章根据教育学的有关原理，结合习近平总书记全国高校思想政治工作会议上的讲话精神和东北大学秦皇岛分校“课程思政”改革的实际，对高校“课程思政”遵循的规律、原则及建设的要点进行了初步的探索。

Abstract： The construction of "ideological and political theories teaching in all courses" is an important content of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. We can achieve satisfactory results only if we follow the law， adhere the principle and grasp the main points in the construction of "ideological and political theories teaching in all courses" in colleges and universities. This paper explores preliminarily the rules， principles and main points of the construction of "ideological and political theories teaching in all courses" in colleges and universities based on the relevant principles of pedagogy， combined with the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities and the reality of reform of "ideological and political theories teaching in all courses" in Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao.

“课程思政”建设是当前高校思想政治工作的一个

重点内容，涉及的层面和因素很多，是一个复杂的系统工程。那么，在高校“课程思政”这一复杂的工程建设中，有关部门和人员如何有条不紊、有章有法地展开，且能取得满意的效果呢？在东北大学秦皇岛分校的“课程思政”建设中，我们认识到：必须遵循规律性，把握原则性，掌握要点性，只有这样，才能取得“课程思政”建设的实效。

一、“课程思政”规律

“课程思政”的规律是高校“课程思政”建设的基本理论。可以毫不夸张地说，把握规律性是高校“课程思政”建设的前提。只有把握高校“课程思政”建设的规律性，才能更好地发挥主观能动性，坚持原则性，把握要点性。
