[摘要] 目的 分析加速康復理念在良性前列腺增生围手术期护理中临床效果。方法 方便选取2019年1—12月间该院治疗的70例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象，借助双盲随机抽样法分为对照、治疗组，每组35例，对照组实施常规护理，治疗组实施加速康复理念，对比2组护理满意度、并发症、医疗费用、康复时间。结果 治疗组的护理满意度（97.14%）较对照组（80.00%）高，差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.081，P=0.024）;治疗组的医疗费用较对照组下降，平均住院日、肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间及导尿管留置时间缩短，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;且2组患者均无明显的并发症发生，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 良性前列腺增生患者予以实施加速康复理念干预具有积极的意义，利于提升患者的护理满意度，缩短平均住院日、肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间及导尿管留置时间，值得临床借鉴与深究。

Explore the Clinical Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Concept in Perioperative Nursing of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of accelerated rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Convenient select a total of 70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated between January and December 2019 were used as the research objects. They were divided into control group and treatment group by double-blind random sampling method， with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional care and treatment. The treatment group implemented the concept of accelerated rehabilitation， and compared the nursing satisfaction， complications， medical costs， and rehabilitation time between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the treatment group （97.14%） was higher than that of the control group （80.00%）， the difference was statistically significant （χ2=5.081，P=0.024）; the medical cost of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The average hospital stay， anal exhaust time， time to get out of bed for the first time ， and catheter indwelling time  shortened， the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）. Conclusion It is of positive significance for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia to implement the concept of accelerated rehabilitation. It is easy to improve the patient's nursing satisfaction， shorten the average hospitalization day， anal exhaust time， first time to get out of bed， and catheter indwelling time. It is worth clinical learning from it.

良性前列腺增生（BPH） 是一种临床上十分常见的泌尿外科疾病，该项疾病的主要症状为尿频、尿急及尿失禁，严重影响中老年患者的生活质量。老年人的机体逐渐退化，且存在多种基础性疾病，如静脉血栓及心血管疾病等，血液成分易发生异常，导致机体呈现高凝情况，进而使得手术风险明显增加[1]。加速康复外科理念集合了外科手术、麻醉学及疼痛控制等多项技术，可最大程度上缓解患者的应激反应，减少术后并发症，促进患者尽快康复，积极改善预后[2]。目……
