【摘要】 非创伤性股骨头坏死作为一种常见的骨外科疾病，可由多种因素诱发。对于本病，中西医治疗各有优势，临床需结合患者实际情况以选择适宜的治疗方式。鉴于此，本文就非创伤性股骨头坏死的中西医治疗进展进行综述，希望能够为非创伤性股骨头坏死的临床治疗提供参考。

[Abstract] As a common orthopedic disease， non-invasive osteonecrosis of the femoral head can be induced by many factors. For this disease， traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has its own advantages， clinical needs to be combined with the patients actual situation to choose the appropriate treatment. In view of this， this paper summarizes the progress in the treatment of non-invasive osteonecrosis of the femoral head with traditional Chinese and western medicine， hoping to provide reference for the clinical treatment of non-invasive osteonecrosis of the femoral head.

股骨頭坏死是一种常见的骨外科疾病，按照患病类型分为创伤性股骨头坏死和非创伤性股骨头坏死[1-3]。股骨头坏死具有明显的临床症状，给患者身心带来极大的痛苦，因此需采取科学的治疗方式以帮助患者改善症状，减轻痛苦。在临床治疗中，应针对患者的实际情况进行分析，从而选择相应的中西医治疗方法[4-6]。本文主要对非创伤性股骨头坏死的中西医治疗进展进行综述。

1 股骨头坏死发病机制

对于非创伤性股骨头坏死的发病机制，目前尚无明确定论。耿庆贺等[7]认为，过量摄入乙醇、激素等均会造成非创伤性股骨头坏死。因而在临床诊断中，需对以上两点加强关注。目前，股骨头坏死发病率逐渐升高，因此科学的识别发病机制至关重要。只有明确发病机制，才能制定出更加完善的治疗方案，从而提高治疗效果。王敬威等[8]表示，由于骨内静脉丛的运动性麻痹而导致静脉血的广泛淤积或由于神经反射作用，毛细血管前括约肌收缩使得动脉血短路而直接入静脉，不经过微循环，导致组织缺血，从而诱发股骨头坏死。……
