【摘要】 目的：分析人工泪液对白内障术后干眼症的治疗效果及预后影响。方法：选择2018年2月-2019年2月笔者所在医院眼科的120例白内障术后患者，按照随机分组方式分为观察组与对照组，每组60例。对照组使用常规方法进行治疗，观察组在此基础上使用人工泪液，对比两组术后干眼症的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后1个月，观察组泪膜破裂时间长于对照组，基础泪液分泌情况优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率和对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：人工泪液对白内障术后干眼症治疗有效，可以显著改善患者眼睛干涩、异物感、烧灼感等症状，提高眼部舒适度及视觉效果。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the effect of artificial tears on the treatment and prognosis of dry eye after cataract surgery. Method： A total of 120 patients with cataract surgery in the ophthalmology department of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine methods， and the observation group received artificial tears on this basis， and the therapeutic effect of postoperative dry eye was compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. One month after the operation， the tear film rupture time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group， and the basic tear secretion was better than that of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the observation group and the control group， and the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Artificial tears is effective in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery. It can significantly improve patients symptoms such as dry eye， foreign body sensation and burning sensation， and improve the eye comfort and visual effect.

白內障是眼科常见疾病，好发于老年人，是影响老年视力水平与眼部健康的主要疾病之一[1]。通过手术治疗可以提高患者视力，恢复良好的视觉。但是，患者术后常存在眼睛干涩、疼痛、烧灼感及异物感等干眼症症状，甚至影响视功能恢复。本文主要对笔者所在医院眼科白内障术后患者开展人工泪液综合治疗方式，分析人工泪液对于白内障术后干眼症的临床效果，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2018年2月-2019年2月笔者所在医院眼科的120例白内障术后患者。纳入标准：符合干眼症诊断标准，患眼存在异物感、烧灼感、干涩等临床症状。排除标准：（1）心、肝、肾脏严重疾病;（2）高血压、糖尿病;（3）具有眼部外伤及手术史。按照随机分组方式分为观察组与对照组，每组60例。观察组男29例，女31例;年龄55～69岁，平均（63.54±1.43）岁。……
