【摘要】 目的：探究瑞舒伐他汀联合氨氯地平对高血压合并冠心病患者的应用效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院90例高血压合并冠心病患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=45）与联合组（n=45）。对照组采取氨氯地平片治疗，联合组采用瑞舒伐他汀联合氨氯地平片治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能指标、血压水平及治疗效果。结果：治疗前两组心功能指标及血压水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后两组心功能指标及血压水平均优于治疗前，且联合组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组治疗总有效率为95.56%，明显高于对照组的82.22%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：与单独采用氨氯地平片相比，联合使用瑞舒伐他汀，可提升对高血压合并冠心病患者的治疗效果。

Effect of Rosuvastatin Combined with Amlodipine in Patients with Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease/XIONG Lu， GUO Yuanyuan. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18（18）： -133

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Resuvastatin combined with Amlodipine in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Method： A total of 90 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group （n=45） and the combined group （n=45） by random number table method. The control group was treated with Amlodipine Tablets， and the combined group was treated with Rosuvastatin combined with Amlodipine Tablets. The indexes of cardiac function， blood pressure levels and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Result： There were no significant differences in cardiac function indexes and blood pressure levels between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）. After treatment， cardiac function indexes and blood pressure levels of both groups were better than those before treatment， and the combined group was better than the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.56%， which was significantly higher than 82.22% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with Amlodipine alone， the combination of Rosuvastatin can improve the therapeutic effect in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.

高血壓属于临床常见慢性代谢性疾病，该病致病原因较多，常见有大量饮酒、精神紧张和摄入钠盐过多等，患病后会出现心悸、头晕头痛和疲劳等，影响患者生活质量，严重时甚至会危及患者生命安全[1-2]。针对该病若未能采取及时有效的方式进行控制，则会引发更多心血管疾病，导致患者病情加重，病情控制难度上升[3-4]。而冠心病属于高血压引发的常见病症之一，患者发生合并冠心病后，会导致心功能和血压等指标出现明显异常变化，导致生命体征稳定性降低。必须采用有效方式进行治疗，但现阶段治疗高血压合并冠心病主要以药物控制为主，以往主要采用氨氯地平片类单纯用药方案，但作用有限，而随着联合用药方案推广，瑞舒伐他汀联合氨氯地平成为常用用药方案[5-6]。本次……
