【摘要】 目的：了解169例出院后妇科癌症患者的心理一致感现状，分析影响因素。方法：运用便利抽样，采用心理一致感量表（SOC）和研究者自行设计的一般信息调查表对广州市某三甲专科医院妇科病房住院治疗后出院的妇科癌症患者进行调查，并运用独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析进行统计学处理。结果：169例妇科癌症患者心理一致感总分为（70.78±12.87）分;45例（26.6%）处于低水平，74例（43.8%）处于中水平，50例（29.6%）处于高水平;在测评与心理一致感相关的17个因素中，婚姻、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、医疗费用支付能力、疾病诊断、癌痛、治疗状态、睡眠状况和性生活情况共9个因素的妇科癌症患者心理一致感水平差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：妇科癌症患者心理一致感整体情况良好，水平受到多层面因素影响。未来的临床工作中可以关注心理一致感水平较低的患者，提供充分有效的知识教育指导，给予物质和精神的支持，树立起信心，帮助妇科癌症患者提高心理一致感，维护良好的身心健康。

[Abstract] Objective： To know about the sense of coherence status of the gynecological cancer patients after discharge and analyze its influential factors. Method： Gynecological cancer patients who were from a third class A specialized hospital and children medical center were analyzed with the help of the convenience sampling， SOC and the self-designed general condition questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed with the independent-sample test and one-way analysis of variance at the same time. Result： The average score of SOC was （70.78±12.87） points and 45 cases （26.6%） at a low level and 74 cases （43.8%） at a moderate level， and 50 cases （29.6%） at a high level. Among seventeen factors the sense of coherence status in marital status， degree of education， household incomes per capita， ability to pay medical expenses， disease diagnosis， cancer pain， treatment states， sleep， sexual situation were significant differences （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The sense of coherence of gynecological cancer patients is in good condition， and it is affected by many factors. Clinical medical workers should pay more attention to gynecological cancer patient with low SOC， and provide convenient and high quality health knowledge education， which will contribute to their mental health， helps its confidence building， improve the life quality and enhance the sense of happiness.

婦科癌症严重损害女性的生命健康，患者应对癌症事件的态度、方式和有效性与其疾病的治疗和生存质量息息相关[1-3]。心理一致感（sense of coherence，SOC）是个体内部一种相对稳定的心理特性和结构，是患者如何应对癌症等重大的生活事件的健康模型核心概念[4]。心理一致感作为近些年来积极心理学的主要成果，影响癌症患者应对自身消极事件、处理和配合治疗等活动，与癌症患者的生存质量联系密切[5]，但国内妇科癌症患者的心理一致感现状却鲜有报告[6]。本研究旨在调查出院后妇科癌症患者的心理一致感现状，分析其影响因素，现报告如下。
