摘要：党的十九大开启了新时代中国特色社会主义建设的新征程。紧密围绕党的十九大提出的新思想、新论断、新任务、新战略，集团正在研究谋划面向新时代推动企业持续做强做优做大的新目标、新思路、新举措，加快向具有全球竞争力的世界一流企业迈进。班组是战略的最终执行者，是为民服务的第一线，是创新创效的动力源泉，是工会工作的重要平台。要从战略和全局的高度，深刻认识新形势下加强班组建设的重要性和紧迫性。

Abstract：The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened a new journey for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Closely centering on the new ideas， new judgments， new tasks and new strategies put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， the group is studying and planning new goals， new ideas and new measures to promote enterprises to continue to grow stronger， better and bigger in the new era， so as to accelerate their progress towards the world-class enterprises with global competitiveness. The team is the ultimate executor of the strategy， the first line of serving the people， the power source of innovation and efficiency， and the important platform for the work of the trade union. From the height of strategy and overall situation， we should deeply understand the importance and urgency of strengthening team building in the new situation.

新時代深化和创新班组建设要以习主席新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引，全面落实新发展理念，围绕企业做强做优做大，以高效完成各项工作任务为目标，以提升班组管理水平和职工队伍素质为重点，着力打造政治坚定、能打硬仗、创新力强、业务精湛、作风优良的一流班组，推动班组建设上水平、基层管理上台阶，加快建设具有全球竞争力的世界一流企业打牢坚实基础。重点加强政治、能力、创新、机制、作风、民主“六个建设”。

工会组织要坚持党的领导，教育引导职工听党话、跟党走;坚持以人为本，充分激发职工的积极性、创造力;坚持面向未来，推进班组建设取得新发展、新突破。努力把班组打造成为具有自驱动特征的“生命体”班组，为推动企业持续健康发展提供有力支撑。

班组建设是企业的“一把手”工程，特点是参与面广、涉及部门多、内容繁杂。……
