摘要：随着我国社会与科技的不断发展进步，社会中各企业管理模式也应随之更新，而拥有较高综合素质的人才，才是企业未来可持续发展的关键。在信息技术高速发展的时代下，我国较为落后的管理型会计专业人才的培养，应及时改变传统、老旧、低效的培养模式。基于此，本文对“大智移云”时代管理会计型专业人才培养实践与探索进行了分析，并提出几点建议，以供参考。

Abstract：With the continuous development and progress of China's society and science and technology，the management mode of enterprises in the society should also be updated，and have a higher comprehensive quality of talent，is the key to the sustainable development of enterprises in the future. In the era of rapid development of information technology，China's relatively backward managerial accounting personnel training should be timely change the traditional，old，inefficient training mode. Based on this，this paper analyzes the practice and exploration of management accounting personnel training in the era of “great wisdom shift cloud”，and puts forward some Suggestions for reference.

前言：在信息技術高速发展的时代下，我国社会中各企业正在逐渐融入先进的信息技术，以求在“大智移云”时代下加速企业的发展，这也是我国各企业未来发展的趋势“大智移云”中拥有多元化的先进信息技术，先进信息技术之间有着一定的关联。社会的发展是以知识为基础的，而拥有较高综合素质的人才能够将掌握的知识在实际工作中进行灵活的运用，因此社会中各企业以及高校应注重培养高素质的管理会计型专业人才。

1 管理会计型专业人才的培养现状

当前时代下，我国已经拥有3500W人以上的会计专业人才，但大部分进行会计工作的人员只是在企业中担任着资金记录以及资金核算的岗位，极少数会计工作人员会成为企业管理会计。其原因主要是社会企业、高校对管理会计型专业人才的培养以及会计工作人员对管理会计的认知出现了问题。
