摘要目的：分析综合干预改善手术锐器伤护士睡眠质量及焦虑负性情绪的有效果。方法：选取2017年7月至2019年6月福建省厦门市中医院手术室发生手术锐器伤的22例护士作为研究对象，对其进行焦虑程度的测评，并对其睡眠质量进行分析。为其实施综合干预，比较干预前后的焦虑情绪和睡眠质量变化情况。结果：与干预前比较，22名护士的夜间觉醒次数、单次睡眠维持时间和AIS评分都有显著的改善，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。SAS评分平均值干预后比干预前有显著的改善，差异有统计学意义（t=14719，P=0000）。结论：对手术锐器伤护士进行综合干预，对其睡眠质量和焦虑情绪都有明显的改善作用。

To Explore the Effectiveness of Comprehensive Intervention on Improving Sleep Quality and Negative Anxiety of Nurses with Sharp Instrument Injury

AbstractObjective：To analyze the effectiveness of comprehensive intervention in improving sleep quality and negative anxiety of nurses with sharp instrument injuryMethods：From July 2017 to June 2019，22 nurses who suffered sharp instrument injuries in Operating room of Xiamen Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects to evaluate their anxiety level and analyze their sleep treatmentComprehensive intervention was carried out to compare the changes of anxiety and sleep quality before and after the interventionResults：Compared with the before intervention，the number of night wakes，single sleep maintenance time and AIS score of 22 nurses were significantly improved（P<005）Compared with the average score of SAS，there was a significant improvement after intervention（t=14719，P=0000）Conclusion：Comprehensive intervention on nurses with sharp instrument injury can improve their sleep quality and anxiety.

手术室护士在配合手术医师和麻醉医师进行手术操作时，受到针头、刀片等锐器伤害的风险比较高。手术室器械，接触有多种病毒和细菌，这些病原体通过锐器伤进入人体后，会引发护士血源性职业感染。护士发生手术锐器伤后，由于担心被感染而出现恐惧、焦虑等情绪，进而影响其睡眠质量。本研究旨在探讨综合干预对改善手术锐器伤护士睡眠质量及焦虑负性情绪的有效性。现报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2017年7月至2019年6月福建省厦门市中医院手术室发生手术锐器伤的22例护士作为研究对象。其中年龄26～35岁，平均年龄（3080±330）岁。本研经过我院医院伦理委员会批准并经所有护士知情同意。

12纳入标准1）经阿森斯失眠量表（Athens Insomnia Scale，AIS）、焦虑自评量表（SelfRating Anxiety Scale，SAS）评定后，其AIS评分在6分以上，SAS评分在50～69分的护士。2）手术室锐器所致受伤的护士。

13排除标准1）有焦虑史以及未治愈的护士;2）SAS评分在70分及以上的护士。……
