摘要目的：探析脑卒中失眠患者接受康复护理对其睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2018年8月至2019年12月福建省宁德市医院康复科收治的脑卒中后失眠患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机为分观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用常规护理+康复护理方法，比较2组的护理效果。结果：护理后2组患者的睡眠质量、BI指数较护理前均有显著改善，并且观察组的睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组，BI指数显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：将康复护理应用于脑卒中后失眠患者的临床护理上可获得理想效果，不仅能够改善患者的睡眠质量，还可提升患者的日常生活能力，值得推广应用。

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients with Insomnia after Stroke

AbstractObjective：To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on sleep quality in patients with stroke and insomniaMethods：A total of 60 patients with insomnia after stroke who were treated in Rehabilitation department of Ningde hospital from August 2018 to December 2019 were selected and grouped by digital random table，30 cases each groupThe nursing methods of the control group and the observation group were conventional nursing，conventional nursing + rehabilitation nursing，and the nursing effects of the two groups were comparedResults：After treatment，the sleep quality and BI index of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with before careThe sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，and the BI index was significantly higher than that of the control group，with significant differencesConclusion：The application of rehabilitation nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with insomnia after stroke can achieve ideal results，which can not only improve the sleep quality of patients，but also improve the daily living ability of patients.

脑卒中是临床上发病率较高的脑血管疾病，以中老年人为主要患病人群。脑卒中患者多为急性发病，虽然脑卒中的临床抢救率不断提高，但脑卒中患者的后续康复依然是临床关注和研究的重点[1]。失眠是脑卒中患者的常见并发症，因此临床上要加强对患者的护理干预。康复护理是一种有针对性的护理模式，针对患者的症状表现和病情严重程度制定相应的护理方案，从而更有效的改善患者的病症，提升其生活自理能力和生命质量。本研究选取60例脑卒中后失眠患者，对康复护理的临床价值予以评价，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2018年8月至2019年12月福建省宁德市医院康复科收治的脑卒中后失眠患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机为分观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组中男18例，女12例;年龄58～86岁，平均年龄（7415±216）岁;其中出血性脑卒中11例、缺血性脑卒中19例;病程8个月至5年，平均病程（276±051）年。……
