摘要目的：探讨音乐护理干预对鼻中隔偏曲矫正术术后疼痛及睡眠质量的改善作用。方法：选取2018年8月至2019年5月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者54例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组27例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行音乐护理干预。比较2组的疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）]、睡眠质量[采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分（PSQI）]及术后血压、心率情况。结果：观察组的VAS评分、PSQI评分、舒张压、收缩压及心率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：音乐护理干预可有效地缓解鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者的术后机体疼痛，且可改善患者的睡眠质量。

Investigation on the Improvement Effect of Music Nursing Intervention for Postoperative Pain and Sleep Quality after Correction of Deviation of Nasal Septum and Improves

AbstractObjective：To explore the improvement effect of music nursing intervention for postoperative pain and sleep quality after correction of deviation of nasal septumMethods：A total of 54 patients with nasal septum deviation correction in First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August 2018 to May 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 27 cases in each group according to the method of random number tableThe control group were with routine nursing，and the observation group were with music nursing interventionThen the pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）]，sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI）]，blood pressure and heart rate of two groups were comparedResults：The VAS and PSQI score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group，the diastolic blood pressure，systolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly lower than those of control group，there were statistically significant differences（P<005）Conclusion：The music nursing intervention can effectively relieve the body pain symptoms and improve the sleep quality of patients after nasal septum deviation correction.

鼻中隔偏曲为耳鼻喉头颈外科中较为常见的一种疾病。目前临床主要采用手术的方式治疗该病。虽然鼻中隔偏曲矫正术属于微创手术，但是手术需要使用止血材料填塞鼻腔以获得压迫止血的作用，而这可加剧患者术后鼻部与头部疼痛等不适症状，严重影响其睡眠质量以及机体康复。本文旨在研究音乐护理干预应用于鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者中的价值，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2018年8月至2019年5月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者54例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组27例。对照组中男14例，女13例，年龄24～53岁，平均年龄（4116±273）岁，病程1～9年，平均病程（516±064）年。观察组中男16例，女11例，年龄25～52岁，平均年龄（4134±258）岁，病程1～10年，平均病程（522±058）年。……
