摘要目的：探讨中医辨证护理模式在改善冠心病心绞痛患者睡眠质量和情绪状态方面的效果。方法：选取2017年12月至2018年10月寻甸县中医医院住院部内二科收治的冠心病心绞痛患者92例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组46例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予中医辨证护理干预，对2组患者的睡眠质量评分和情绪状态评分进行观察和比较。结果：干预后，观察组患者的各项睡眠质量评分、SAS评分和SDS评分差异均明显低于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：中医辨证护理干预能够有效提升冠心病心绞痛患者的睡眠质量，改善其情绪状态，是临床护理实践中的理想方案之一。

Study on the Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on Sleep Quality and Emotional State of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

AbstractObjective：To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing mode in improving sleep quality and emotional state of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectorisMethods：A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the second department of the inpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of shidian county from December 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects，and randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 46 patients in each groupThe control group was given routine nursing intervention，and the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing interventionThe sleep quality score and mood state score of patients in the two groups were observed and comparedResults：After intervention，the differences in sleep quality scores，SAS scores and SDS scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P<005）Conclusion：Dialectical nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and improve their emotional state，which is one of the ideal programs in clinical nursing practice.

冠心病心绞痛患者临床发作时，不仅感受较为痛苦，同时其心肌损伤的发生风险也较高[1]。在患者实施救治的过程中，容易出现睡眠质量不高、情绪不稳定等问题，需要给予针对性的护理干预才能确保疗效，促进患者尽早康复[2]。本研究对我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者92例作为研究对象，现将结果报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2017年12月至2018年10月寻甸县中医医院住院部内二科收治的冠心病心绞痛患者92例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组46例。年龄41～70岁，平均年龄（5538±1538）岁，其中男52例，女40例，病程2～10年，平均病程（538±135）年。一般资料经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>005），具有可比性。

12护理方法

121对照组给予常规的护理加强日常监控，注意患者心绞痛病情的进展和发作情况，采用针对性的干预措和对症治疗。
