摘要目的：分析综合护理在肛周脓肿术后患者中的应用效果及对疼痛、睡眠质量的影响。方法：選取2017年6月至2019年5月厦门市第五医院收治的120例肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组进行综合护理。比较2组的术后疼痛[疼痛数字评分法（NRS）]与护理前后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）]。结果：观察组术后6 h、12 h、48 h及72 h的NRS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005），护理后观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：综合护理可显著肛周脓肿患者的术后疼痛程度，改善患者的睡眠质量，值得临床应用。

Observation on the Improvement Effect of Comprehensive Nursing for Pain and Sleep Quality of Patients with Perianal Abscess after Operation

AbstractObjective：To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing in patients with perianal abscess after operation and its influence for pain and sleep qualityMethods：A total of 120 patients with perianal abscess in Fifth Hospital of Xiamen City from June 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each groupThe control group were with routine nursing intervention，while the observation group were with comprehensive nursingThe pain[Numerical Rating Scale（NRS）] and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI）] before and after the nursing of two groups were comparedResults：The NRS scores of observation group at 6th，12th，48th and 7th hour after operation were significantly lower than those of control group，there werestatistically significant differences（P<005），the PSQI score of observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of control group，there was statistically significant difference（P<005）Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the pain degree of patients with perianal abscess after operation，and improve the sleep quality of patients，so it is worthy of clinical application.

人们在生活过程中，受到感染等因素的影响，很容易发生肛周脓肿等疾病。在现代医疗领域当中，通常采用手术切开引流的方式对疾病进行治疗，在治疗的过程中，由于存在一定的切口，加之肛周神经较多，因而患者会产生严重的疼痛感，不仅不利于患者的康复，而且还对患者的治疗造成一定干扰[1]。所以，对患者进行治疗后，应采用相应的护理方式，以减少患者的疼痛感，为患者康复奠定良好基础。本文选取本院收治的120例肛周脓肿患者进行探究分析，以寻找出一种效果较好的护理方法，现将结果报道如下。

1资料与方法

11一般资料选取2017年6月至2019年5月厦门市第五医院收治的120例肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组中男65例，女55例，年龄21～64岁，平均年龄（4568±1647）岁，病程3～15 d，平均病程（735±247）d。观察组中男64例，女56例，年龄20～67岁，平均年龄（4632±1754）岁，病程3～14 d，平均病程（756±281）d。……
