【摘要】建设好县级融媒体中心，才可以更好的引导基层群众，才可以更好的服务基层群众。在进行县级融媒体中心建设的过程之中，需要根据地区实际情况进行技术改造。文中，主要就对县融媒体指挥中心建设技术方案进行介绍，为县融媒体指挥中心建设提供借鉴。

Abstract： only by building county-level financial media center can we better guide the grassroots and serve the grassroots. In the process of the construction of county-level financial media center， it is necessary to carry out technical transformation according to the actual situation of the region. In this paper， it mainly introduces the technical scheme of the construction of the county financial media command center， which provides reference for the construction of the county financial media command center.

习近平总书记的重要指示提出：“要扎实抓好县级融媒体中心建设，更好引导群众、服务群众”。2019年3月下旬，大姚县委政府顺势而为，主动迎合舆论生态、传播技术以及基层经济社会环境和群众信息需求的变化，借助移动互联网为巩固舆论宣传阵地提供了必要的技术支持，为了探索出一套适用于县级广电部门投资少、应用多、資产轻、服务重、上线快、风险低的融媒发展模式，让融媒体中心的发展建设走在前列，大姚县融媒体中心在县委政府的机构改革规划中成立。

要把融媒体中心建成百姓用得好、离不开、优质的服务平台，在县委政府的政策和资金大力支持下，我县融媒体中心建设量身定制了基础版：围绕媒体融合的主要方向是“两微一端多屏”（微博、微信、手机客户端）融合的融媒布局，打造高效的融媒体管理体系和运行机制，汇聚采、编、播、发等，应用实现手机台APP在内容、用户和数据的互联互通，整合渠道资源，形成新媒体矩阵，以实现“一次采集、多元生成，多端发布”的目标。……
