摘要：住院医师规范化培训是培养合格临床医师的途径，是深化医药卫生体制改革和医学教育改革的重大举措。目前住院医师规范化培训存在一定的问题，中日友好医院中医肺病科根据规培生的实际情况，结合中医学专业的带教特点，经过多年的探索和实践，从激发主观能动性、完善落实规章制度、增强中医学人文素养3个方面提高规培生的培训质量和学习效率，努力做好住院医师规范化培训工作，助力医药卫生人才队伍建设。

Reflections and Discussions on the Teaching Techniques for Students of Medical Standardized Training

Abstract： The standardized training of residents is a process necessary for training qualified clinicians， as well as a major measure to deepen the reform of medical and health system and medical education. At present， there are certain problems in the standardized training of residents. According to the real situation of students of medical standardized training， and combined with the training characteristics of TCM， after years of exploration and practice， the Department of TCM Pulmonary Diseases of China-Japan Friendship Hospital improved the training quality and learning efficiency of students of medical standardized training， strived to optimize standardized training of residents， and helped the construction of medical and health personnel from the perspective of stimulating initiatives， perfecting the implementation of rules and regulations， and enhancing the humanistic quality of TCM.

住院醫师规范化培训是培养合格临床医师的必经途径，是加强卫生人才队伍建设、提高医疗卫生工作质量和水平的根本之策，是深化医药卫生体制改革和医学教育改革的重大举措^[1]。其最终目标是培养高水平、高质量、高素质的住院医师，丰富拓展专业知识，增强实践操作技能，提高自身专业素质^[2]。但住院医师规范化培训存在住院医师培训师资队伍相对薄弱，培训管理力度薄弱，规培生学习积极性不高，中医学人文素养不足等问题^[3]。笔者根据规培生的实际情况，结合中医学专业的带教特点，经过多年的探索和实践，从激发主观能动性、完善落实规章制度、增强中医学人文素养3个方面提高规培生的培训质量和学习效率，使规培生真正获益，以优秀的成绩通过考核并成为能独立处理临床工作的医生，成为医疗行业的新生力量。……
