摘要：大数据和人工智能的快速发展，使远程线上教学成为可能，并成为新时期高校教学的新方法。近期，教育部提出了“停课不停学”的教学新举措，各地纷纷响应号召，组织师生充分利用网络在线教育平台和资源开展教学和学习。为了既保障有效传授教师的教学内容，又让同学高效学习、有所收获，贵州中医药大学康复治疗学专业的物理治疗学课程采取线上教学+线下自我实践的混合教学模式，取得了良好的效果。现就实施方法和实践方式进行总结，为从事高校教学的同仁们提供参考与借鉴。

Practice and Thoughts on the Mixed Teaching Mode of Online Teaching and Offline Self-Practice

Abstract： Rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence makes distance online teaching possible and has become new teaching methods in colleges and universities. Recently， the Ministry of Education has proposed a new teaching method of “classes suspended but learning continues”， and various localities have responded to the call to organize teachers and students to make full use of online education platforms and resources for teaching and learning. In order to not only ensure the effective teaching content of teachers， but also allow students to learn efficiently， the physical therapy course of rehabilitation therapy major of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine adopted a mixed teaching mode of distance online teaching + offline self-practice， and has achieved good effects. This article summarized the implementation methods and practical methods to provide references for colleagues engaged in teaching in colleges and universities.

在大數据和人工智能快速发展的今天，网络教学已经不再遥不可及，甚至可能成为一种新型教学方式，并让师生从中获益。为响应教育部适时提出的“停课不停学”号召^[1]，各学校积极组织教师充分利用在线教育平台和资源为学生开展在线教学工作，以解决学生居家学习的问题^[2]。由此高校学生迎来了一个“不见面”的教学模式。对于教师来说，区别于以往熟悉的传统课堂授课方式，改线下教学为线上教学，学生则从在校课堂学习转变为居家自我管理学习，如何既能保证教师的教学进度和质量，又能够让学生有效地学习和自我管理，是高校教师必须面临和思考的问题。本文以贵州中医药大学（以下简称“本校”）2018级康复治疗学专业的物理治疗学课程为例，介绍教师采用线上教学+线下自我实践混合教学模式的经验，以期为各高校教学方法的创新提供参考依据。……
