摘要：在建设智慧校园的背景下，作为高等院校教学、科研的重要组成部分，高校图书馆走“智慧化”发展道路是必然的选择。本文旨在探析建设智慧图书馆引入射频识别技术、数据挖掘、云计算等技术服务时，存在的潜在安全隐患和应用问题，并提出建立完整的安全策略和维护制度，以贵州中医药大学图书馆为例，分别从建设、服务、维护3个方面阐述我校图书馆智慧化的发展历程。

Research on Technical Service and Maintenance of Smart Libraries in TCM Colleges and Universities

Abstract： In the context of building a smart campus， as an important part of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities， the development path of “being smart” is an inevitable choice for libraries of colleges and universities. This article aimed to analyze the potential safety hazards and application problems that exist in the construction of smart libraries when introducing Radio Frequency Identification （RFID）， data mining， cloud computing and other technical services， and proposed to establish a complete security strategy and maintenance system. It also expounded the development process of “being smart” of our library from three aspects of construction， service and maintenance by taking the Library of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example.

隨着我国信息技术飞速发展，人们从最初在文献中提取信息、归纳知识，到现在把知识转化为智慧，并把智慧应用到生活中及校园中。目前全国高校都开始向智慧化转型，并成为研究热点^[1]。高校图书馆作为服务部门，是高等院校教学、科研的重要组成部分，所以高校图书馆走“智慧化”发展道路是必然的选择。芬兰奥卢大学图书馆的Aittola在人机交互移动设备国际研讨会上第一次提到了“智慧图书馆”，并且认为智慧图书馆是“一个不受空间限制且可被感知的移动图书馆服务”^[2]。智慧图书馆是基于设备、管理、资源和服务的有机整合，利用大数据、物联网、射频识别技术（RFID）、数据挖掘、云计算等相关技术，为用户提供高效化、个性化和多元化的服务^[3]。目前，贵州中医药大学图书馆（简称“本馆”）已经进入智慧图书馆建设的初步阶段，基本实现了智慧化服务，包括传统的图书馆纸质借阅及部分基础业务。……
