摘要：閩南语境下的医药文献资源建设，核心是对其阳燠气泄、中虚湿盛、水火失济的区域生态特征的医药学文献文化的整理与开发。我们致力于探索闽南医药文献所呈现的本体价值、精神价值及其对经济社会发展的辐射价值。闽南医药文献资源建设需明确其定义、收录范围、收录渠道，通过对闽南医药古籍的整理、保存和开发，及闽南医药文献数据库的建设，逐步集合其他高校图书馆的力量，建立起闽南文献保障联盟共建体系。另鉴于医药学科关乎人的生命科学和生命伦理的严肃性、特殊性，及学界对循证医学的重视与强调，图书馆应开展嵌入式学科信息服务，对特藏文献资源的建设提出反馈式、精准式、前瞻式的判断和参考决策，指引闽南医药文献资源建设向专业化、科学化的方向迈进。

Construction of Minnan Medical Literature Resources

Abstract： The core of the construction of medical literature resources in the context of Minnan （southern Fujian Province） is the collation and development of the medical literature culture with the regional ecological characteristics of Yang heat and Qi release， inner deficiency and dampness， and heart and kidney imbalance. We are committed to exploring the noumenal value， spiritual value and radiation value of economic and social development presented in the medical literature in Minnan. The construction of Minnan medical literature resources needs to clarify its definition， collection scope， and collection channels. Through the collation， preservation and development of ancient medical books in Minnan， and the construction of Minnan medical literature database， the power of other libraries of colleges and universities has been gradually gathered to establish guarantee alliance building system for Minnan literature. In addition， in view of the seriousness and particularity of medical disciplines related to human life sciences and bioethics， and the academic communitys attention and emphasis on evidence-based medicine， libraries should develop embedded disciplinary information services and provide feedback， accurate and forward-looking judgment and reference decision-making for the construction of special collection of literature resources， guiding the construction of Minnan medical literature resources towards the direction of specialization and science.

生态保护试验区”成立，它旨在保护闽南文化的多样性、完整性和独特性，并能推动其永继性地传承、创新和传播^[1]。漳州卫生职业学院（以下简称“本院”）作为闽南地方高校，要积极参与闽南文化生态区的构建，尤其是参与到非物质文化遗产保护工作中，多渠道搜集、开发并利用好闽南文献，启动地方高校图书馆的智库建设，繁荣地方文化事业。高校馆的地方文献建设应以学术研究为价值取向，要重视学术性在高校地方文献建设中的核心地位，在保证学术性的建构前提下兼顾地方经济、社会建设，发挥文献保障的应用性、知识性和教育性作用。……
