摘要：健康中国战略的实施，为公共图书馆的发展指明了新方向。文章首先分析了公共图书馆开启健康信息服务新领域的影响因素，并对中美部分公共图书馆健康信息服务案例进行对比分析。最后，提出了加强顶层设计、提供个性化服务、保护用户隐私、构建健康空间、合作社会力量、培养健康馆员等建议，为加快我国图书馆的转型发展提供参考。

Research on Health Information Services of Public Libraries under the Background of Healthy China Strategy

Abstract： The implementation of Healthy China Strategy provides a development direction for the development of public libraries. This article firstly analyzed the influencing factors of opening the new field of health information services in public libraries， compared and analyzed the cases of health information services in some public libraries in China and the United States， and finally put forward some suggestions for speeding up the transformation and development of domestic libraries： strengthening the top-level design， providing personalized services， protecting the privacy of users， constructing healthy space， cooperating with social forces， and cultivating librarians who can offer health information services.

《2019国民健康洞察报告》显示：96%的公众对健康表示出担忧，93%的公众认为身体健康是最重要的事^[1]。当前公众对健康的关注度越来越高，公共图书馆作为“传承文明、服务社会”的重要机构，是提高国民素质的社会教室，公共图书馆应拓展健康信息服务新领域，倡导健康理念、构建健康空间、提供健康信息、开展健康服务，满足人民日益增长的美好生活需求。

1  公共图书馆参与健康信息服务的驱动因素

1.1  政府政策

当前，“健康中国”已上升为国家战略^[2]，

“大健康，大卫生”理念的提出，推动了全民健身与健康深度融合^[3]。党中央和国务院发布的《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》提出，要以普及健康生活、优化健康服务、完善健康保障为重点，积极主动适应人民群众各方面的健康需求^[4]。此外，国家为全方位、全周期地保障公民健康建立的工作体系及对公民医疗卫生体制改革的推进等措施，不断提高了公民的健康意识，加大了公民对健康信息的需求。……
