摘 要：[目的/意义]虚拟学术社区逐渐成为科研人员进行科研合作的重要平台，运用博弈论原理，通过构建博弈模型来分析解释虚拟学术社区科研人员合作行为，目的是找到形成科研合作的机理，从而扩大虚拟学术社区科研人员合作的空间。[方法/过程]基于科研人员的理性假设，通过混合策略博弈模型对虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作意愿与合作收益进行分析，探讨虚拟学术社区科研人员合作行为的生成机理，进而结合虚拟学术社区生命周期的不同阶段，提出不同的科研合作策略选择模式。[结果/结论]研究表明：虚拟学术社区初创期科研人员多不进行科研合作，随着内外部环境的成熟，科研人员逐渐开始向科研合作转化，由此根据不同时期科研人员合作机理的作用结果，给出促进虚拟学术社区科研人员合作的策略。

Game Study on the Choice of Scientific Research Cooperative Behavior in

Virtual Academic Community from the Perspective of Life Cycle

Abstract：[Purpose/Meaning]Virtual academic community has gradually become an important platform for scientific research cooperation among researchers.Based on game theory，the cooperative behavior of researchers in virtual academic community is analyzed and explained by constructing game model.The purpose is to find out the mechanism of scientific research cooperation and expand the space for scientific research cooperation in virtual academic community.[Method/Process]Based on the rational hypothesis of scientific researchers，this paper analysed the cooperative willingness and benefits of scientific researchers in virtual academic community through mixed strategy game model，explored the generating mechanism of cooperative behavior of scientific researchers in virtual academic community，and then proposed different scientific research combinations according to different stages of the life cycle of virtual academic community，and made strategy choice mode.[Results/Conclusions]The research showed that most researchers in the initial stage of virtual academic community did not cooperate in scientific research.With the maturity of internal and external environment，researchers gradually began to transform into scientific research cooperation.Based on the results of the cooperation mechanism of scientific researchers in different periods，the strategies to promote the cooperation of scientific researchers in virtual academic community were given.
