摘 要：[目的/意义]威格莫尔图示分析法是一种用于分析大量的证据，并将其组织成为一个整体，得出结论的方法。讨论了威格莫尔图示分析法的理论背景、方法目标、方法结构和要素、方法的步骤和案例。[方法/过程]从6个方面探讨了威格莫尔图示分析法对信息分析的适用性，分析了信息分析与司法证明的差异，并针对信息分析的特点和需求，对威格莫尔图示分析法作了改进。[结果/结论]改进后的方法包括信息单元表和信息分析逻辑图两个部分。

Application of Wigmores Graphic Analysis Method in Information Analysis

Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]The Wigmores graphic analysis method is a method for analyzing a large amount of evidence and organizing it into a whole and drawing conclusions.The theoretical background，methodological goals，methodological structure and elements，and steps and cases of the Wigmores graphic analysis method were discussed.[Method/Process]The applicability of Wigmores graphic analysis method to information analysis was discussed from six aspects，and the differences between information analysis and judicial evidence were analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]According to the characteristics and requirements of information analysis，the Wigmores graphic analysis method was improved. The Improvements included two parts：an information unit table and an information analysis logic diagram.

威格莫尔图示分析法是由美国著名法学家，曾任美国西北大学法学院院长的威格莫尔（John Henry Vigmore）提出的一种用于分析大量的证据，并将其组织成为一个整体，以方便分析者得出最终结论的方法，在几十年后被权威学者给予高度评价，“图示法是为发展证据评估的一种系统而又规范性的进路所作出的独一无二的努力”[1]。该方法由威格莫尔在1913年发表的一篇论文中提出[2]，于1937年在著作《司法证明科学》中完善，其意图是为法律工作者，特别是法官、律师提供一种分析的有效工具。但是由于该方法使用了自创的一套复杂符号，分析的过程繁复，该方法并没有引起广泛的影响，采用者可称寥寥无几，在其后的长达近40年的时间里被淹没，陷入几乎无人知晓的境地。

直到20世纪70年代，美国中情局分析家，后任大学教授的大卫·舒姆（David Schum）在故纸堆中将这种方法发掘出来，推介给情报分析界[3]。……
