【摘要】 目的 探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病患者miR-429表达情况。方法 选取30例急性淋巴细胞白血病患者作为观察组， 另选同期30例健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组研究对象miR-429表达水平;比较观察组miR-429不同表达水平患者年龄、性别、白细胞计数、血红蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶、骨髓原始细胞比例、危险分级、生存时间。结果 观察组miR-429表达水平（2.48±0.15）高于对照组的（0.92±0.06）， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组30例患者中miR-429低表达16例， 高表达14例。miR-429高表达患者年龄、性别、血红蛋白水平与miR-429低表达患者比較差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;miR-429高表达患者白细胞计数、乳酸脱氢酶、骨髓原始细胞比例、危险分级均高于miR-429低表达患者， 生存时间短于miR-429低表达患者， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 miR-429表达和急性淋巴细胞白血病患者的预后有密切关系， 可以作为评价预后的参考指标。

【Abstract】 Objective   To discuss the expression of miR-429 in acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients. Methods   There were 30 acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients selected as the observation group， and concurrent 30 healthy examinees as the control group. The expression of miR-429 of the two groups was compared. The age， gender， white blood cell count， hemoglobin， lactate dehydrogenase， bone marrow primordial cells ratio， risk classification， and survival time of patients with different expression levels of miR-429 in the observation group were compared. Results   The expression of miR-429 （2.48±0.15） of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （0.92±0.06）， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Among the 30 patients in the observation group， 16 cases had low expression of miR-429 and 14 cases had high expression of miR-429. There was no statistically significant difference in age， gender， hemoglobin of miR-429 high expression patients compared with miR-429 low expression patients （P>0.05）. White blood cell count， lactate dehydrogenase， bone marrow primordial cells ratio and risk classification of patients with high expression of miR-429 were higher than those of patients with low expression of miR-429， and survival time was shorter than that of patients with high expression of miR-429， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion   The expression of mir-429 is closely related to the prognosis of patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia， which can be used as a reference index to evaluate the prognosis.

急性淋巴细胞白血病属于血液系统疾病， 是患者的骨髓造血干细胞、淋巴祖细胞发生异常分化和恶性增殖， 其临床症状是贫血、发热和感染[1]。急性淋巴细胞白血病可以分为B淋巴细胞白血病、T淋巴细胞白血病， 属于儿童、青少年高发性肿瘤[2]。急性淋巴细胞白血病的临床治疗效果有一定程度的提高， 但是仍有患者的预后很差， 有效的探寻其发生、发展和预后的敏感指标， 对于提高治疗效果有重要意义。miRNA是一种内源性非编码RNA分子， 其包含18～24个内源性碱基， 可以特异性调节目的基因表达， 对于肿瘤的发生、发展具有重要影响。miR-429在不同类型肿瘤疾病中均有异常性表达， 其和疾病的恶性程度有关联性。资料显示[3]， 肺癌患者的病灶组织中miR-429水平较低时， 其临床效果较好， 提示其可以作为肿瘤预后的观察指标。……
