大体积承台混凝土施工控制措施

摘 要:在现代的一些高层建筑中,承台是整个建筑结构中的关键组成部分之一。为了满足承台的荷载要求,通常会选择大体积混凝土进行浇筑施工。以往的许多建筑工程,在承台部位经常会出现裂缝问题,对建筑的质量安全构成了威胁。因此在现场施工时,必须要采取严格的施工控制措施,提高承台的施工质量。文章以某工程为例,首先介绍了大体积承台混凝土施工前需要的准备事项,包括技术交底、物料准备等,随后结合施工流程,重点概述了模板安装、混凝土浇筑与振捣,测温与养护作业等技术要点,最后总结了施工管理的一些注意事项。

Abstract: In some modern high-rise buildings, the pilecap is one of the key components of the whole building structure. In order to meet the load requirements of the pile cap, mass concrete is usually selected for pouring construction. In many construction projects in the past, cracks often occurred in the pile cap, which posed a threat to the quality and safety of the building. Therefore, in the on-site construction, strict construction control measures must be taken to improve the construction quality of the pile cap. Taking a certain project as an example, this paper first introduces the preparation items needed before the construction of mass cap concrete, including technical disclosure, material preparation, etc., and then, combined with the construction process, focuses on formwork installation, concrete pouring and vibration, technical key points such as temperature measurement and maintenance operation, and finally summarizes some matters needing attention in construction management.

引言
大體积混凝土由于水化热等原因,更容易发生结构裂缝。同时,由于承台结构本身具有一定的隐蔽性,这些裂缝如果发现不及时,还会持续不断的发育、扩大,最终对上部建筑的稳定性也会产生负面影响。为了防止此类问题的发生,就必须从施工阶段开展质量管理和技术控制。在大体积承台混凝土施工中,混凝土本身的配比,以及混凝土浇筑方法、养护措施等,都是影响承台性能与质量的常见因素。施工单位要树立精益化的管理思维,从细节之处开展施工控制,才能切实保证大体积承台混凝土的质量过关、使用安全。
1 工程概况
