电气工程自动化视角下的产业机器人设计

摘  要:在各个产业不断升级发展的背景下,自动化以及智能化的工业生产模式受到社会各界的广泛关注,且在电气自动化技术的支持下,行业的生产设备不断更新,生产效率不断提升,并逐渐投入了大量的产业机器人。我国当前整体的机器人产业发展水平相对较好,但是与发达国家相比,在机器人自动化以及智能化水平方面还有待提高。而对于产业机器人的功能完善度以及应用质量而言,电气自动化技术是重要依托。文章在分析产业机器人的设计活动时,从电气工程自动化视角出发,分析了电气工程自动化技术在产业机器人运行过程中的应用,并深入分析了电气工程自动化视角下产业机器人的设计要点。

Abstract: In the context of continuous upgrading and development of various industries, the automation and intelligent industrial production mode has attracted wide attention from all walks of life, and with the support of electrical automation technology, the production equipment of the industry has been constantly updated and the production efficiency has been continuously improved and gradually involved a large number of industrial robots. At present, the overall development level of robot industry in China is relatively good, but compared with developed countries, the level of robot automation and intelligence still needs to be improved. As for the functional perfection and application quality of industrial robots, electrical automation technology is an important support. When analyzing the design activities of industrial robots, this paper analyzes the application of electrical engineering automation technology in the operation of industrial robots and the design essentials of industrial robots from the perspective of electrical engineering automation.

国家近些年推出智能战略计划,产业机器人由此应运而生。我国部分地区积极出台相应文件以支持机器人产业發展。上海曾出台《上海市高端装备制造业“十二五”发展规划》,指出要重点发展产业机器人,将其投用到包装、焊接、装配、喷涂、搬运等生产环节中,同时关注研发机器人的核心部件,包括电机、驱动器、控制器、传感器、网络控制系统等。此外,包括广东、杭州、北京等地都陆续出台相关政策,明确了产业机器人的发展方向。电气工程自动化与产业机器人的结合已经成为必然趋势,而如何将电气工程自动化技术与产业机器人的设计活动以及应用环节有机融合在一起,则成为当前发展产业机器人需研究的关键课题。……
