摘  要：文章设计一款可伸缩调节刀头大小的螺丝刀，可以在生产与生活中为我们提供很大便利。该螺丝刀的亮点在三个方面：第一，可灵活伸缩的螺丝刀刀头，可以根据螺母大小来按压刀头实现刀头与螺母的贴合;第二，人体工程学刀柄，通过流线型外观既保证美观又贴合手掌，易于发力。整个设计的最大创新是可根据螺母大小调节刀头，具有良好的应用价值。

Abstract： This paper designs a screwdriver which can adjust the size of the head of the screwdriver. It can provide us great convenience in production and life. The highlights of the screwdriver are in three aspects： first， the flexible and retractable screwdriver head can be pressed according to the size of the nut， so as to realize the fitting between the head and the nut; second， the ergonomic tool handle can ensure the beauty and fit the palm through the streamlined appearance， which is easy to exert force. The biggest innovation of the whole design is that the cutter head can be adjusted according to the size of the nut， which has good application value.

1 概述

在日常生活與生产工作中，螺丝刀的方便使用困扰了我们很久，最初的螺丝刀是固定大小和形状的类型，这就产生了在应对同为十字花或一字花的螺丝时根据螺丝的大小不同可能需要用到数把大小不同的螺丝刀。近年来市面上有很多可替换刀头的螺丝刀，但是都存在一种弊端，那就是刀头替换零件繁多，一盒螺丝刀配套有数十个刀头及一个刀柄，稍有不慎就会出现丢失刀头零件的现象，非常的不方便。在替换刀头时也十分耗费时间，导致效率有所下降，有些刀头体积过小，在更换时容易滑落丢失，造成不必要的麻烦。所以我们设计了这样一个螺丝刀，既可以方便省力的拧下螺丝，减去了更换刀头的时间从而一定程度提高了工作效率。还不会出现刀头零件丢失的现象，具有很好的利用价值。

2 目前市面上的各种螺丝刀优缺点

2.1 普通螺丝刀

优点：就是头柄造在一起的螺丝批，容易准备，只要拿出来就可以使用，因此轻便易于携带，价格便宜普遍性较好;结构简单方便制造。……
