摘  要：随着教育领域改革的不断深入发展，素质教育在高职教育中也得到了进一步的推广。与其他学校的教育相比较，高职教育具有自身的教育特点，最突出的就是以职业和就业为导向，开展有针对性的教育。在高职教育中，体育教学属于重要的基础教学内容范畴，要想取得良好的教学效果，就要针对高职教育的特点，不断探索和创新教学模式和方法。

On the innovation strategy of Higher Vocational Physical Education under the guidance of Vocational Education

Abstract： With the development of education reform， quality education has been further promoted in higher vocational education. Compared with the education of other schools， higher vocational education has its own educational characteristics， the most prominent is to carry out targeted education oriented by occupation and employment. In higher vocational education， physical education is an important basic teaching content. In order to achieve a good teaching effect， we must constantly explore and innovate the teaching mode and method according to the characteristics of higher vocational education.

在高職教育中，其教育的主要目的是培养更多职业性高素质人才。但是在实际的教学当中，很多高职院校受到多种教学因素的影响，使得高职教育中的体育教学存在着一些突出问题，严重影响着高职体育教学效果和教学质量的提高。因此，高职体育教师要树立现代教育的理念，不断探索和创新教学模式和教学方法，推行健康的体育教学思想观念，吸引更多的学生积极地参与到体育锻炼当中，促进他们的健康成长和全面发展。

1  高职院校对体育教学实施创新的重要意义

其一，社会快速发展，传统的体育教学模式和教学方法显现出了一定的弊端，难以满足现代高职院校的体育教学的发展要求，只有依据时代的发展变化，做好体育教学的创新工作，教育学生树立正确的体育价值观，才能迎合社会对高素质人才的需求，对学生未来学习和发展都是有益无害的。

其二，加强高职体育教学的创新，可以提升学生的素质，满足学生的职业需求，促进学生职业教育发展目标的实现，更好地投入社会，为社会的建设和发展贡献自己的力量。……
