[摘 要]当前各独立学院积极致力于寻求提高学生综合素质的教育改革途径，而大学英语课作为大学生公共基础必修课，不仅在其大学学习过程中占有重要地位，也在培养学生综合素质方面承担着不可或缺的作用。对独立学院大学英语教学混合学习教学方案进行初步设计，通过预设学院对该门课程的资金投入，选取目标班级为研究对象，并对实验结果进行问卷调查，利用TOPSIS理想系数法及系统活动过程与反馈回路，分析学生反馈效果，为大学英语教学方案改革提供一定程度的经验借鉴。

Research on Teaching Design of blended Learning for College English Class in Independent College

——Verification Analysis of Teaching Scheme Design Based on TOPSIS Method

Abstract： At present， independent colleges are committed to seeking ways of educational reform to improve the comprehensive quality of students. College English courses， as a compulsory public course for college students， not only occupy an important position in the course of their university studies， but also play an indispensable role in training their comprehensive qualities. This paper preliminarily designs a mixed-learning teaching scheme for college English teaching in independent colleges， and by presetting the school's capital investment in the course， selecting the target class as the research object， as well as conducting a questionnaire survey on the experimental results， it then uses the TOPSIS ideal coefficient method and the system activity process and feedback loop to analyze students feedback， so as to provide some experience for the reform of college English teaching schemes.

一、绪论

在当前我国经济迅猛发展，积极参与国际分工的国际环境之下，大學英语课程教学已经不是单纯的文科专业的重要内容，而是所有学科专业的学生都需要认真学习和掌握的科目。随着全国高校扩招的趋势，各专业学生入学时英语基础水平参差不齐，对大学英语课程的重视程度也因人而异，学业表现也未能达到预期的整体效果。为适应现代人际交往和就业形势发展的需要，以提升学生的英语综合素质为首要目标，大学英语教学课程教学方案改革一直保持着与时俱进的发展方向。为此，本文通过TOPSIS理想系数法分析大学英语课混合学习方案的设计，从某独立学院的大学英语混合学习教学方案的系统活动过程与反馈回路，检验大学英语教学方案的具体落实过程，为其他专业混合学习教学方案设计提供一定程度上的借鉴。……
