[摘要] 目的 探析脑出血合并糖尿病应用综合护理的效果。 方法 选取2018年4月—2019年4月收治的脑出血合并糖尿病患者114例，随机分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施综合护理，比较护理效果。 结果 观察组服药依从性、知识掌握程度、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、生活质量评分均优于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组护理总满意度94.74%显著高于对照组75.43%，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 综合护理的实施可提高脑出血合并糖尿病患者的治疗效果，提升生活质量，改善血糖水平，促进病情恢复。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Nursing of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Complicated with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing for cerebral hemorrhage combined with diabetes. Methods A total of 114 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes mellitus who were treated from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing， and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects were compared. Results The observation group's medication compliance， knowledge level， fasting blood glucose， 2 h postprandial blood glucose， and quality of life scores were better than those of the control group， and the comparison was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The total satisfaction of the observation group was 94.74% significantly higher. In the control group， 75.43%， the comparison was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing can improve the treatment effect of patients with cerebral hemorrhage combined with diabetes， improve the quality of life， improve blood sugar level， promote the recovery of the disease.

隨着我国老龄化，糖尿病合并脑血管疾病也在逐年递增，成为临床常见疾病，此病为代谢类疾病中慢性的一种，患者长时间药物治疗，若血糖控制效果不佳，各种并发症极易出现[1]。高血压是导致脑出血的重要原因，加之老年患者身体不佳，当脑出血同糖尿病一起出现，在威胁患者健康、生命的同时，也会增加治疗难度[2]。糖尿病合并脑梗死，其致残率、病死率都很高[3]。因此，对患者采取全面、有效的护理措施可使预后效果显著提升，有效控制血糖水平[4]。所以，该次研究选取2018年4月—2019年4月114例脑出血合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，分别实施不同的护理措施，观察发现对采取综合护理的临床效果更为满意，可以加深患者对疾病知识的了解和服药依从性，并改善血糖水平和生活质量，提升护理质量，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选取114例脑出血合并糖尿病患者，随机分为两组，对照组57例，男性29例，女性28例;年龄47～63岁，平均年龄（53.28±4.42）岁。观察组57例，男性27例，女性30例;年龄48～65岁，平均年龄（53.46±4.28）岁。……
