摘  要：随着健美操运动在我国的迅速发展，竞技健美操水平也在不断提高，尤其是随着每新周期竞技健美操评分规则的改变，更加要求竞技健美操运动员具有优秀的综合能力，比赛的竞争也是教练员与运动员人才的竞争，因此，研究竞技健美操运动员的科学选材具有重要意义。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对竞技健美操青少年选材特征，包括体能、耐力素质、柔韧素质、力量素质、身体形态等方面进行分析研究，找出竞技健美操选材特点，为从事竞技健美操教学和训练的教练员提供参考。

Abstract： With the rapid development of the aerobics sports in our country， the level of aerobic gymnastics are also constantly improve，especially with the change of the each new cycle score of aerobic gymnastics rules and requirements of aerobic athletes have good comprehensive ability， the competition is also coaches and talent athletes' competition， therefore， the study of competitive aerobics athlete selection is of great significance to the research USES the literature material method， logic analysis and other research methods， characteristics of competitive aerobics teenagers selection include physical stamina quality flexibility quality  power quality agility quality analysis body shape， etc Find out the characteristics of aerobic gymnastics and provide reference for coaches who are engaged in aerobic gymnastics training.

竞技健美操起源于传统的有氧健身运动，是一项在音乐伴奏下，能够表现连续、复杂、高强度操化动作能力的运动项目。随着健美操运动在我国的迅速发展，竞技健美操水平在不断提高尤其是随着每新周期竞技健美操评分规则的改变，要求竞技健美操运动员具有优秀的综合能力，因此，竞技健美操运动员的科学选材具有重要意义。科学的选材可以提高运动训练的成材率，起到事半功倍的效果。研究通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法对竞技健美操运动员的选材特征进行整理、分析和归纳，从而丰富竞技健美操科学选材理论，为从事竞技健美操训练的教练员们提供参考，为提升我国竞技健美操整体运动水平提供理论依据。
