摘  要：龙狮作为一种民间流传的传统体育活动，代表了我国的传统文化与民族信仰，与其他体育项目有所不同，龙狮运动具有强身健体、修身养性之功效，广受社会大众喜爱。当今跨文化背景下，社会文化产业逐渐融合发展。龙狮运动作为传统文化的重要组成部分，需要深入研究其在跨文化背景下的协同发展意义，针对当前龙狮运动中的专业人员水平不高、竞赛规则不够完善等发展问题作出系统分析，并针对问题提出有针对性的建议，为我国龙狮运动的长远发展提供参考价值。

Abstract： The dragon and lion， as a kind of folk traditional sports activity， represents China's traditional culture and national beliefs. It is different from other sports. In today's cross-cultural context， social and cultural industries have gradually developed and integrated. As an important part of traditional culture， the dragon and lion movement needs in-depth research on the significance of its coordinated development in a cross-cultural context， and a systematic analysis is made of development issues such as the low level of professionals in the current dragon and lion movement and insufficient competition rules. Put forward targeted suggestions for the problem， and provide reference value for the long-term development of the Chinese dragon and lion movement.

龍狮运动最先起源于古代，是中华民族传统体育项目。其本身具有强身健体、娱乐竞技等功能，深受广泛社会民众喜爱。因此，龙狮运动的发展在我国具有深厚的民众基础。龙狮运动分为舞龙、舞狮2个部分，其中舞狮传承较为深远，可以分为南狮和北狮，南方部分地区如广东、湖南、广西、海南、江苏等地发展南狮较为迅速，北方则在长江以北较为流行，比如河北地区的徐水舞狮。总之，龙狮运动作为传统文化的重要组成部分，经过几千年传承与发展，在当今时代文化变革中仍然具有独特魅力，值得发扬光大。
