摘  要：“一带一路”战略布局的提出为内蒙古自治区冰雪体育旅游产业提供了发展的契机。因此，本文在北京申办冬奥成功及“一带一路”战略布局的引导下，运用文献资料法，以互联网与冰雪体育旅游产业的融合、政府及有关部门行为、完善冰雪体育旅游产业链条、冰雪项目特色品牌创新等为研究内容，对内蒙古冰雪体育旅游产业的如何发展提供可借鉴性理论研究。

Abstract： The strategic layout of "the Belt and Road" has provided an opportunity for the development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's ice snow sports tourism industry. Therefore， based on the success of Beijing's bid for the Winter Olympic Games and the strategic layout of "the Belt and Road"， this paper uses the method of documentation to integrate the Internet with the ice and snow sports tourism industry， the government and related departments' behavior， improve the industrial chain of ice and snow sports tourism， and create new characteristics of ice and snow projects. This will provide a reference for the development of Inner Mongolia's ice snow sports tourism industry Theoretical research.

伴随2022年冬季奥运会的临近，我国冰雪體育旅游产业的项目有越来越多人民大众积极的参与活动之中，冰雪体育旅游项目成为了当今最受欢迎的休闲活动方式。内蒙古自治区具备着寒冷天气并持续时间长的优势，人口密度较高的东北部地区，对冰雪体育旅游产业起着重要作用。因此，内蒙古自治区如何发展冰雪体育旅游产业成为地区关注的热点。内蒙古自治区在发展的时候不仅要注重第一产业行业第二产业的发展，更需要关注第三产业的兴起和发展。而在发展第三产业的过程中就可以好好利用内蒙古地区原有的冰雪丰厚资源与天然的地理环境条件，加速以冰雪项目为主的冰雪体育旅游业的发展，从而调整其经济产业的结构，改变国民经济发展新的增长点，从而可以更快、更好地发展地方的经济发展和区域进步。

1  研究方法

1.1 文献资料法

在内蒙古师范大学图书馆、中国知网、万方等数据库，查阅了有关冰雪体育旅游产业等相关资料，为本文的研究提供了一定的理论思想和借鉴基础。……
